Been using these guys for almost 15 years now, and it is like working with family. Great customer service, always happy to help (even replacing cracked buttons for free when the press crushes them!), and great for alterations as well. Highly recommended for Randolph, Denville, Victory Gardens, and Dover residents.

Absolutely wonderful! We are long time customers and only have great things to say about Kim and the others at Hi-Lite Cleaners. In addition to regular, weekly dry cleaning and laundry, I rely on Kim for all of our tailoring needs. She is a wonderful listener and, when I explain what I think we need to have done, she always understands right away. I can't imagine going anywhere else after all these years!

This is not a trustworthy store.After my 60 dollar woollen dress had been washed,the placket of the pocket rolled up seriously!And the fur on the surface of the clothes become shorter.The female boss always didn't admit it's their problems but said:“just sew up the pocket !”and pointed the video camera saying:“There's a camera. ”then started to satirized me and did personal attacks to me.
