The service was amazing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Yazmin. She was very informative, kind, and explained how much I would be paying. I was paying more for my previous plan. So I'm happy with my decision to switch to State Farm, and I'm happy to have received Yazmin's amazing service.

Best experience ever ! Jazmin was so helpful in explaining policies, discounts and how everything worked. I hate change but she made this a smooth transition. Not only were all my questions answered and transitioned into a new insurance but I am saving money !! Thank you Jazmin for your kindness and support through the process ! 10/10

Disappointed, I was insured with them, all good for the first months but lately if I have a question about my 3 policies they never got back to me waited for 2 months but finally decide to change. I ask them to please cancel one of them and they say I have to go sign a document even though the hours says 9-5 they won’t gave you a appointment @9:00 or 9:30 because they say is the time they are getting there.

This is the best StateFarm office! The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly; you feel like part of the family when you walk in.Jessie is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She’s extremely helpful and makes sure you fully understand what it is you’re getting, not to mention how quickly she gets back to you on any question or concern you may have. I would highly recommend anyone to this office! I guarantee you wont regret it.

Excellent customer service. Jessie, my representative, took care of my policies and all that was needed returning to NJ from the west coast. I didn't have to make multiple phone calls to take care of anything. Jessie, reached out to me and followed through, going beyond my expectations.
