Just picked up our Grand Cherokee from service. Thank you to Brian and team for the great service and for dealing with the Jeep warranty program. This is my 5th car from Dover Dodge and I plan to make is six soon.

$3500 for a part that is a known issue for my vehicle, which was not covered by my Certified Preowned or PowerTrain warranty. We thought the least they could do for that kind of money was wash the car, then I discovered that they had taken the contents of my trunk, put it in my third row seat, left it there, and didn't even replace the spare cover. Not the type of service I have received in the past or come to expect from Dover Dodge service. Not to mention the person who disconnected my call three times over the course of the few days the car was in the shop.

My first time my service experience was excellent. I was there on Saturday, April 27, 2024 in for service Brian the service advisor assisted me the service the technicians the staff the experience was phenomenal. used to go to another Jeep dealership up in North Jersey I would recommend this facility the people the staff excellent I highly recommend Dover Jeep….

My radio wouldn't turn on. The computer screen was black. I stopped Dover Dodge without an appt. They looked at it immediately & ascertained that I needed a new VIN specific radio installed. My Jeep has only 17,500 miles so it's under warranty & will be resolved within the next month

First time I ever needed a part and they had it, a battery for my key-fob for my Jeep. When in and was out very quickly and they put it in for me. Staff was very nice at the parts counter that helped me.

I've been a loyal customer of Dover Dodge for 25 years. Bought my first car from them, second and third as well as sent my family and friends to them for vehicles. I purchased an extended warranty on my current car and I have a serious issue going on that jeaopordizes mine and my families safety when driving my car that needs servicing. I was told they are booked and they cannot take me for two months! I don't know what is going on but how am I supposed to feel confident purchasing another vehicle from a dealership that doesn't have the ability to service my vehicle in a reasonable timeframe? Management really needs to dig into what's happening there and see that they get the help they need to better service their customers.

I cannot tell you how absolutely amazing this location is when it came to my car that had been under their care. They were able to identify that there were two recalls on the car and there was a very simple reason why the car was immobile. Had the prior auto service place (no affiliation) done what I had asked them to do I would not have had to spend $700 in lyft services to get to work. Dover Dodge can be named as trusted advisors fully. Thank you Brian, Adam, and team!
