I am a an estate executor for a friend that passed April 1st 2023. Chase has yet to release the held monies of my friends Down Syndrome son. The family and I have complied with every request of paperwork, including the fathers death certificate from 10 years ago. Chase puts nothing in writing but keeps asking for addition information. Despicable, take your money out before Chase holds your money hostage! Zero STARS!

Went to this bank today to open an account for my daughter. I've never been treated so rudely... I'm surprised people bank here. Granted, I walked in at 4:00 with no appointment. However, I tried calling this branch in the morning to let them know I was coming and no one picked up. I got routed to a Chase call center and was told to visit my local branch with supporting documents/ID and they would take care of me. They didn't. And had no intention to. I explained that I tried calling them and no one picked up -- that alone should have been enough to get us in. But no. They completely disregarded what I was saying and told me their bankers "were busy with customers" ("and what am I????" I asked) and that it was going to take too long and that the last appointment they took was at 4 (and it was now 4:05) so I would have to come another day. I walked out and told them they clearly had no interest in keeping customers. I was seething and ready to go home but decided to try one more branch. My daughter and I drove to the Dover, NJ Chase branch and fortunately, my faith in humanity was restored when a nice young man by the name of Jose Mancera took care of us, no questions asked. He even apologized for the treatment we received at our own branch. Thanks to Jose's help and patience, my daughter now has her very first bank account and we have a new Chase branch to go to where bankers are kind and helpful.

Be careful if depositing cash at the atm. The past few times we went we noticed what we counted to what got deposited was off by like $10/20. Then the last time it was off by $90. When we went inside they told us they don’t handle those things and we have to call. Luckily we called and they put the money in our account right away and said they’d investigate the machine and if we were wrong they would take the money back, clearly we were right and we got a letter confirming the money was missing from our account. I’ll never use their atm again.

Terrible customer service, i tried to make a $50k deposit at 5pm however the door was locked because of the new hours of operation. The entire staff was obviously still there but wouldn’t let me make a deposit. For some reason i thought that the bank would be willing to take a deposit from a long time Chase customer 1 minute after closing. Welli was wrong !

Friendly and helpful staff! Held the door open for me as I walked in! Who does that anymore?! Had an issue I had to discuss with an online vendor, and took the time to walk me through how to talk to the vendor to get it corrected! You guys are awesome, thanks for everything!

This Bank in general is going really downhill Chase Banks never seem to have enough tellers and their staff is always very condescending it's not that they don't have enough employees it's that they don't have enough tellers who know what they're doing trying to tell me that I have to wait for $700 cash to clear because I deposited $80 check with it is not acceptable I will be opening another bank account and closing my account there soon when someone thinks money is missing from their account is not the time to ask them to open a savings account with you either

I was referred to this bank and put in touch with Daniel Sharabba, who welcomed me and quickly helped me set up my new bank account, as I was coming from another bank, apply for a Chase credit card, and discuss investment opportunities that fit my needs. I have also attended Daniel’s first time homebuyers seminar, which was excellent and very informative. Daniel also referred me to Harold Riether, the branch’s loan officer, when I came to him inquiring about the home buying process. Harold was extremely helpful in taking my approach and plan for purchasing a home and using that as a foundation to formulate a plan that best fit my short and long terms needs. The rest of the staff is great as well. Leo was only a phone call away whenever I had a question regarding my accounts and everyone is welcoming and able to assist me whenever I stop in.

Chase is the largest bank in the world and presumably the richest. But it never fails when I walk into this branch - my local branch - been with them for years. Anyway, the service is always slow and the branch itself is filthy. Someone please clean the carpet.

The poor teller needs help! At lunch they only have one teller behind the counter. Banking here for years and same thing!! They are super nice, but the need to manage better. Chase employees walking around getting coffee, but no help for the teller.
