My 2 year stay here was awesome. Property was well-maintained and the management respond to any issue.

My family and I lived at Center Grove Village apartments for nearly 4 years. I got to know Scott, the property manager, as well as most of the maintenance crew, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Scott is transparent, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The hard-working maintenance crew is courteous and always responded to work orders within a few days (depending on the severity, of course). We had a fully upgraded one-bedroom unit, and it was utterly perfect for our needs: numerous closets, hardwood and tile flooring, loads of kitchen cabinets, and lots of windows. I highly recommend looking into renting upgraded units, because the features and price are hard to beat.Ultimately, the neighborhood is nice and mostly quiet. There are plenty of places to walk, the proximity to many restaurants and stores is reasonable, and the neighbors are friendly if not somewhat introverted. We made a lot of friends and have fond memories of Center Grove Village, and it will be sorely missed.

I would like to express how grateful I am for the staff, and the unforgettable living experience I’ve had thus far at Center Grove Village. I have been here for over 2 years now. And have no reason to leave. The staff is fun and professional, and truly care about the residents. If I need something fixed, they are on it right away. The grounds are kept clean. Lots of greenery. I love that they keep up with the landscape. Ample parking. A very quiet apartment complex which you don’t hear about too often. The pool is kept clean in the summer time also. I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment complex and the people who work to maintain it!

Very high priced there and they do not care to fix any of the problems you request. had a broken backing of toilet. they said they would be here in a couple of days to fix but never showed up. They jack up the rent 25% every year. and they can't fix sht!! Don't rent there! plus they don't care to put salt down on icy steps. I nearly broke my leg one time.

This is my first apartment and I have been living here since April 2016, today is the 29th of December 2017. I live on the first floor in one of the single bedroom apartments. Overall things are very good, it's clean, convenient, safe and affordable. The location is great as there are many stores and services available within short distance. So far I've had two major problems: one with a leaking sink many months ago (but the maintenance personnel addressed the issue within a day or two, it started to leak again but was extremely slow and was fixed within a few days, I haven't had a problem since though). And the other issue was with strange upstairs neighbors (they made an unreasonable amount of sudden loud outbursts that were quite disturbing but they moved out shortly after I moved in, the person that moved in after them is quiet and friendly). Since these problems were fixed I can say that I am happy with living here.
The grounds are landscaped every so often (about once a week in growing season) and there are laundry rooms in the basement of a handful of buildings so one doesn't have to walk too far. There is also an outright laundromat across the street as well as a pizza place, chinese food place, several fast food places, a bank, and a tailor/dry cleaner. Across Route 10 there is the randolph diner and several other small stores. There are two very nice restaurants down the street within about a 5 minute walk.
In the summer the pool is open and is big enough to do a few short laps (I've only been in it once or twice but it's nice that it's there). There are many parks in the immediate area, one can actually walk to Hedden park from this complex by only crossing essentially one major road which is fantastic.
My rent is 1300$ a month and some things are somewhat dated (everything in the bathroom is powder blue and the kitchen appliances are a little old but I am happy everything is clean and functioning). Services are extremely convenient; snow removal is great and quick.
There is one negative that's fairly minor: the laundry rooms are antiquated and can be a little dreary but they're clean places to clean your clothes so it serves it's purpose. It'd be also nice if they took a charge card or something, I need to get quarters frequently just to do laundry. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied with living here.
EDIT June 2018
After living in a single first floor apartment unit for the past two years I have moved out. I had to cancel my lease suddenly and a solution was found which worked out for both the apartment complex staff and myself.
I was very happy with my stay at center Grove village. Every experience I had with people working there was great. Neighbors were generally friendly and the grounds are pretty nice. Would definitely move back under different circumstances
