We started working as Mia Petrol 2 weeks ago and from now on we are ready to do our best to provide friendly and good service to our customers. By the way, we are opening our mini market at the end of January and will start selling cigarettes, coffee, drinks and snacks.

I come here pretty often to fill up my car as I commute to college and work almost full time. The guys that work here are always slow and never speak (and when they do they feel the need to tell me their political opinions and complain about their job), however I never minded it because their prices are good for the most part and it's close to my house. Today has officially done it for me. There was one other car when I pulled up today and the worker saw me, yet continued to talk to the person in the other car for a good 5 minutes before assisting me. I politely ask him to fill it regular and like always, the guy doesn't say a word and takes my card. I have BP rewards so like 30 seconds in I turned to look at the screen to make sure my 5c reward went through and I noticed he was filling my car up with premium. My total was already at $31 by the time I told him, where he stopped and gave me $6 for the overcharge (I don't know where $6 comes from). He then filled up the rest of my tank with regular gas for $18, which is a total of $50 in gas when my total normally is in the $30's range. I shouldn't have to check to make sure he pressed the right button (the guy was standing at my tank the whole time)... now I have to swallow an extra $10-20 in gas. I was so thrown off and upset that it could've possibly ruined my car that I didn't realize I paid so much in gas, or else I would've fought for more money. I get that the whole world is short staffed right now, I've been working retail for six years now, but you have one job, yet this gas station has continuously let me down.

Been getting my gas here for many years. 2 of the 3 guys working here are veterans. I go mostly when one is on duty always buy him breakfast on the weekends and eat with him. No more mechanic on duty.
