Super grateful for the service and good treatment given at the Randolf office, both from Cristopher Proano, as well as from his Manager, Mr. Gregorio, who is not a Boss, he is a true LEADER in front of his clients and all his staff. . They really give me a WAO for their excellent service. I wouldn't give it a 5, I give them both an 11. Thanks a lot.

What is up with this bank? No more Saturday hours. No more drive through. And I swear they used to close at 430 during the week. That's what I recall. Today I see their sign and it said they close at 4. There was also one teller there. (There was a second but she was in the money vault with someone.) Even the manager is new. Or at least the one we're used to (Greg) hasn't been there in some time. Last time I asked they saidhe was on a 6 week vacation. (Is it me or does that sound odd? 6 weeks? I never had an employer approve such a long vacation.) Anyway, I had a hard time getting used to no more drive through window, but no Saturday hours now? I think it's time to make a switch. I feel like they simply don't want to deal with their patrons as they continue to make it harder and harder to bank there :(

As of BOA account holder, living in Morris county, I could unequivocally attest with certain that this location is supreme. The manager Greg Patton, as well as the rest of the staff are exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and receive all their guest with great hospitality. I visit this location habitually, and have never had a bad experience!

This location has closed. Atm only. No drive though banking at any boa. Big fail during covid. You actually have to go into a boa.

pandering 2 their puppet governor, i have a safe deposit box here that i can not access due 2 the covid nonsense being closed completely, had 2 call cost. serv., was transferred 2 the deposit box dept., where i spent an eternity on hold just to set up an appt. to access my box and my personal property, it's illegal for my property and myself 2 be held hostage. time 2 start filing a class action against such horrible treatment. i will get all my stuff out of there, and never ever leave even one red cent in there, closing and liquidating asap.

It is 100% not ok that Bank of America is closing branches during Covid-19. I understand social distancing and following the Governor's mandates, but this goes too far. Bank of America will only raise my maximum ATM withdrawal limit to $1500, but I need to take out more than that to make a large purchase. If branches are closed and I can't use the ATM for the amount I need, how am I expected to be able to access the rest of my cash? This is unlawful.

They had a used bandaid on the counter when I went up to the teller and I politely was grossed out but asked for a tissue to help remove it before I started my transaction. The teller goes “oh that wasn’t here before you got here”. Like I’m sorry are you implying that this is my used bandaid? Horrible way to start off a transaction by accusing your customer of putting a used bandaid on the counter. Classic. One star for cleanliness and 0 stars for attitude. ?
