When it came time for my old copier lease to be renewed, Tim Junior was surprisingly there at my doorstep, asking if we needed anything. As all sales people are usually pushy, I would say he was nowhere near pushy, but consistent, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and his winning smile got him an opportunity to speak with me about the business. Unfortunately I ended up choosing my previous copier company for the new lease with the idea…“if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “. Quickly, I found out that I had made a big mistake and we got the wrong copier for the job and after five months of misery, I asked Tim Senior and Tim Junior for help! They were there with me every step of the way - we tried to switch over to them since I had made a bad mistake and the copier I was given was lacking every feature I needed to do my job. Unfortunately I could not get out of my contract but for sure next time around I would definitely go with Tim Senior and Tim Junior from American documents, Solutions!!

I had a great experience with ADS leasing and setting up a multi function machine in our office. The in person visit to scope out our needs was very helpful, and installation went smooth. Nice people, good prices and it is reassuring to know that there is a local presence to stand behind their services and assist when needed. Definitely recommend!

You don’t know me, but I am a very satisfied client that wanted to reach out you to let you know about two employees in your company, Courtney Heller and Alyssa Olechiw. Both of these individuals went well beyond my expectations in assisting me with the return of a copier at the end of the lease period with my previous supplier. This supplier was giving me a hard time with the return and Courtney and Alyssa stepped in and walked me through the steps necessary for the safe return of the copier, completely guiding me through the process. I just wanted you to know how fortunate you are, in my opinion, to have two very special people working with you.

We have used ADS for years for our multifunction copier. When we started with them, they gave us great advice on which machine would meet the needs of my law practice. The machine that we leased from them is extremely affordable and has provided consistently reliable service. The technician that provides us with technical support, Victor Noren, is extremely competent and personable and a pleasure to have in our corner. He responds to our service needs immediately and is an expert at setting up the equipment so that scanning and printing can be easily accomplished from the machine to all of the computers in our office. I would enthusiastically recommend ADS to anyone seeking advice on how to meet the needs of their business in the most cost effective way. They are a great company with great customer service and technical support and will exceed your expectations.

Beware. Don't let the sales pitch deceive you.We terminated our relationship of several years and arranged a buy-out of our existing lease with ADS by a reputable printer service company due to ADS's terrible support management, non-existent customer service and complete failure to manage our Xerox Workplace Cloud instance. We'd finally had enough.ADS lacks any I.T. capability whatsoever, don't be fooled. They left major issues unresolved for over a year while making one excuse after another. They allowed our device licensing to lapse twice, breaking all functionality for weeks. They shorted us three print devices which were never delivered, but billed us for them. They combined their service contract with the print device lease to make it difficult to end the relationship.When they learned they were being replaced by another vendor, they stole the remaining toner supplies inventory from our sites and completely stopped responding to emails. (Keep in mind we are a Special-Needs school)ADS is simply the most disorganized, unprofessional support company we've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Courtney Heller is a great account rep!!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful when helping me pick what was best for my needs. She was very professional and did not pressure me to sign anything unless I was satisfied and comfortable. I definitely recommend ADS.
