The shift lead Chris discriminated against me and didn't accept a return because he was missing a similar product. I was wearing a mask because I was sick and was with an African American friend. I asked him why he couldn't take the return is it corporate policy he stated no but he is choosing not to. Disgusting action of an employee and corporate will and should be aware of this employee.

The service provided by the store manager was unfathomable. I've never seen such disrespectful behavior. Also the store is so filthy. How is this Walgreens even running?! Go to the Walgreens on Franklin Tpke, it's much cleaner. Thank me later.

Pharmacist is behind the counter having a mtg with corporate while patients with appointments are waiting. They are literally chit chatting ten feet from us. Unacceptable Lots of parking and the store feels empty

Customer service stinks! I showed up 10 minutes early with all my paperwork filled out for my booster shot. I waited 55 minutes. When I asked the lady administering the shot she didn't respond and just gave me the shot. I certainly don't make my patients wait 55 minutes and neither should they.what's the point of making an appointment?!

I made an appointment for a covid booster and a flu shot. My appointment was for 6:20pm. I checked in almost exactly on time. I was told to sit. So I sat for about 25 minutes and then was handed two forms that I had to fill out with my doctor's phone number and address (always have to look that up) and a bunch of questions so when i finished that I set it next to me and waited another 25 minutes. When i finally got called in, I asked the nurse if she knew that my appointment was almost 50 minutes ago and she told me that she had been giving vaccines to 600 people today and if I had been at the meadowlands I would have waited longer. I actually apologized - not sure why - and she then reiterated her point. So then I said "jeez sounds like you have had a lot today- sorry about getting upset about being late" and she then also lectured me again about how many vaccines and people she deals with. Then she told me I had to sit for 15 minutes after, and after she gave me the shots. she set my paperwork down on the desk that I was sitting at, and left the room closing the door behind her. Five minutes later she came in and told me I had to leave the room because there were other patients waiting. I said that "oh - I'm so sorry I thought you said I had to sit here for 15 minutes .." and she cut me off and said there are other people besides me here to get vaccines and that I should wait over there by the chairs. Needless to say - overworked or not, this is not my fault and I should not be reprimanded for noticing that my appointment was an hour off. Never going back to this big barron warehouse. I like the one in Wyckoff. The Ramsey one is miserable.

Pharmacy has horrible customer service! Wanted to check on my Rx so I called pharmacy. Waited 16 minutes for someone to help me. Then after giving my name and information, I was put on hold and back in the "hold" loop. Ten minutes later I was told it was not stock. Today went to pick up my Rx. Come home and look at the box. The box clearly states it is 2.4mg dose and my Rx sticker clearly states .25 mg dose. It is a Rx you have to build up to, can't take the highest dose immediately. I bring it back to Pharmacy, Marina tells me, "oh sorry, we're out of stock of .25 (not their fault, there is a shortage of this med), can't you take the 2.4mg?" Ridiculous! My doctor said it was "a serious mistake". Just saying, if you get a Rx there, double check it against what your doctor has prescribed!

The pharmacy's always busy but everyone seems to have a good attitude. I've never had a negative experience. Marina is the best! Very knowledgeable. The store is always clean and I've had good experiences at the photo counter as well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
