The entire staff at this store is genuine in the desire to be friendly & helpful. They are knowledgeable & hard working. I had an outstanding experience today with a pharmacy associate named Karen. There was a problem with a prescription refill. Not only did she reach out to my doctor, troubleshoot the problem, contact my benefit provider ( she was on hold for 15 minutes with them) & then ultimately resolved the issue while remaining in contact with me several times. I truly appreciate this great service & thank you for going above & beyond! Great job!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this pharmacy. Absolute worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. Had to wait almost an hour and the staff was rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She was incompetent, unfriendly, unhelpful and nasty. Did not want to help me and actually told me she had to go to lunch when I was speaking with her. Worst service I have ever dealt with. Very disappointing. Taking my business elsewhere

The pharmacists are extremely flustered, they do not know how to work the system. I came in and the pharmacist told me I hadn’t picked up my prescription for a couple of months even though I pick up my maintenance meds monthly. Every month I come in and there is a new issue. Additionally, they can’t hear through the plastic they have up so they make you shout all of your personal information, there is 0 privacy. extremely frustrating experience every time

Smitha, is the best, most friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t buy too much in the store, Ramsey on Spruce St, however have found everyone to be polite and friendly

Whoever is in charge of inventory and ordering more product and keeping shelves stocked does a HORRENDOUS job. Most shelves in this store are BARE and stay bare, well…basically forever. The baby aisle specifically is a JOKE.

Horrible pharmacy. Not helpful at all. They've lied to me on multiple occasions, saying they never heard from my doctor about refills, even when I've spoken to my doctors office the same day and they've gotten confirmation of receipt from the pharmacy. They're just lazy. Go to miller's in wyckoff, or even the walgreens on Franklin turnpike.

Unable to reach PHARMACY called on Thursday 07-07 from 6-7pm. Someone would pick up just to put the call back on hold & then would ring & ring till the call finally just ended. How busy could this place be where you can’t even get someone on the phone. Unorganized & Unprofessional to say the least.

Not a good experience with photo orders, they never email when there ready which they say they will and one order that was same day pickup after waiting all day was told they were unable to fill, this was after I called because I never heard from them and now was without a gift I was counting on. Will not use again.

So my wife received a text that they couldn’t process her prescription due to an insurance issue. So I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes, then decided to drive there while still on hold. When I got there I was still on hold, now 25 minutes. There was a woman behind me had the same issue and also decided the take the ride. Turns out there was no insurance issue and I was asked to wait for 15 minutes as they processed the prescription. I showed him my phone and asked if they were ever going to answer the call on hold. He just said they were short staffed on Mondays. Insurance problem
B.S. $3.47 for the prescription. I have an idea schedule more workers or stop scheduling COVID-19 shots on Mondays. Seems like recently they have been going down hill. Every time I go in there’s always someone new working in that pharmacy. I’m thinking about switching.

Tried calling this pharmacy on 9/7 and sat on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up and calling again. Sat on hold 15 minutes on the next call. No wonder this place has 2.8 stars overall. They stink so badly I’m considering switching pharmacies this is simply ridiculous.
