I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. I do believe these three gentlemen should be praised for their efforts. I will be back in the future and will send friends ans family their way!Thank you!!!!Sincerely,Donna L.

Although they were very nice and professional when they were selling me a new phone, case for it, and Apple Watch, they were very disappointing when i had a problem with the case. I stopped in to explain that the quad case they recommended for my iphone 15pro doesn’t allow magsafe charging. They told me the manager would contact me when he was in. He never contacted me. Poor customer service. Very disappointed considering how much money I spent. They need to stand behind the product they see selling. I asked for refund on this one item. They told me it is more than 30 days. It was 45.I explained that there was no Way to know magasafe wasn’t working since i don’t use it regularly. I thought the MagSafe was broken. Now, i know it is the product they sold me.

The Verizon store on Rt.17 Ramsey is by far the Best store I have ever been to.

I am not a big fan of Verizon as a whole. That being said, Joey S.(manager of Ramsey location) makes the entire Verizon experience a bearable one. Joey goes above and beyond and has patience of a saint. He, genuinely, is out to help the customer. He is honest, thorough and professional. There are other stores in the area. I will ONLY shop at this location. Joey saved a customer of 30 years from jumping ship. Please visit him and bring your business......you will not be disappointed in your experience. He cares.

We visited to upgrade our devices a few months ago. The store manager was very pleasant and professional but one of the assistants was unusually aggressive bordering on abusive.The concern was the nature of the behavior (verbal aggression, shouting, raising his voice, complaining, not acknowledging when he was thanked on our way out, sarcastic replies). It was unprovoked and seemingly came out of nowhere.The individual was extremely unpleasant and shouldn’t be in a customer facing position. It left a very bad taste in the mouth and in hindsight we ought to have thanked him for his time and left to take our business somewhere else.

I went there yesterday because my phone got wet and wasn’t charging. The guy there was very raid and told me to put my phone in a bag of rice a “ maybe” it will fix it. He basically brushed me off like he didn’t even care. He also didn’t even look at my phone to see if there was something else they could do to help.Worst experience of my life. I WILL NOT be going back to the Verizon store.

It's a reseller, so it doesn't offer full service. For example, I went to exchange a phone that I got direct from Verizon, they sent me to the paramus company store.

I had a great experience. The manager Joey and Cameron were both very kind to my mom and I. They were cautious about her having Lupus. They wore masks when I asked them to. They were both very helpful explaining the plans and helped my mom set up her new phone. I would highly recommend this location. I will be using them going forward for my company as well. Great Location! Great staff, clean, great inventory.

IGot to the store at 725pm, they close at 8pm. Went to purchase a new phone said he could do it but would not be able to download the information on the old phone because it would take an hour and half and the worker could not stay past 8pm.
