“I have stayed here twice and generally enjoyed it. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful. The breakfast was good but nothing special and was what you expect at a place like this. In terms of my specific needs, the location is perfect and is exactly half way from where I usually start and my destination. However, it's located on a busy thoroughfare with shopping centers and fast food. It's hard to get around and there are no decent restaurants around. The establishment would do well to at least put a few frozen dinners or pizzas in their shop. For now it's just drinks, ice cream and dreadful ramen.

Rooms: Clean but smelled of cheap scents. I really wish this and other hotels would use unscented cleaning products as well as soaps and shampoos. Because of the current situation, my wife cannot come with me. If things were unscented my wife could come and we could stay longer.

Food and drinks: Nice breakfast but nothing else for lunch or dinner available.”

“Macaluso's is such an amazing venue! Before I even talk about the amazing staff let me tell you about their INCREDIBLE food. Whenever I see that I am photographing a wedding at Macaluso's I make sure to not eat any breakfast or snacks so I can fully enjoy their food!As a wedding photographer it is super important for me to work at a venue that has scenic areas for great photos of my couples and Macaluso's does not disappoint in that category at all (see attached photos). In addition, their staff is super friendly and willing to help with anything!I can't recommend this venue enough if you are looking for a great place to host your wedding or event!”

“If you have never been to the Seasons you are missing out! The seasons is one of the top venues in New Jersey and an absolute treat to photograph a wedding at!As a wedding photographer it is super important to work at a venue that has scenic opportunities so that may couples don't have to find an outside park somewhere to do their photos. The Seasons does not disappoint with that! They have beautiful waterfalls, a gorgeous garden area and an amazing indoor staircase! It's honestly the thing i look forward to the most when working here!I highly recommend this venue for anyone on the fence looking to book it!”

Vikki was outstanding, from showing us the venue to overseeing every detail on the night of the wedding. We were able to email and call and receive quick feedback throughout the planning process. As the wedding approached, we met with Vikki to confirm final details, and she provided excellent recommendations and guidelines. “The Ridgewood Women's club is an absolutely beautiful venue that I highly recommend to anyone. My wife and I threw a baby shower the size of a wedding there (140-150 people), and the event space was perfect for it. The women who run the club are professional, responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and we can't thank them enough. Everyone should look into this place for a large event. You won't be disappointed.”

“My husband and I are from the Ringwood area. We have since moved. We love this gem of a “castle” because it’s very cozy, clean, and so charming. We love the castle decor and most importantly. We are close to our favorite areas for walking gardens, hiking, biking, boating. swimming, wineries, great restaurants in the nearby towns of West Milford, NJ and Warwick, NY, and so many other places like Greenwood LaKE, NY. Minutes from Manhattan.
I highly recommend the Ringwood Castle. It’s clean and quiet. Price is right too! You will love the serene area of local State Parks (NY and NJ) all with minutes. We love visiting here, especially in the Fall. See nearby reservoir for other activities. Pics below.”

“I have 2 separate positive reviews about this place:1) As a drop in play gym, it's phenomenal. If you're local, it's just such a nice low sensory place (not too loud / packed) for kids to come, swing, play with toys, etc, and the staff are always great. It never feels overwhelming, but there are so many things to do!2) We had a birthday party for our kid here recently and it was AMAZING. Like, I truly cannot emphasize just how on top of it Kim (the owner) and her assistant were. In terms of transitioning to different times of the party, setting up food, handling setup and break down, etc. We are already talking about just doing the next birthday here again because it was so easy and frictionless!”

“We took our 3 year old daughter here for her first haircut and it was a great experience! Souzan was so patient with her and explained everything she was doing so that our daughter was comfortable. I would highly recommend her for a first haircut. The shop is also adorable.”

“It was easy to get into for me being handicapped. Employees were polite & friendly. Nice screen. Unfortunately seats were difficult to get out of AND coming out they locked the main doors & sign said exit side door where there was no way a handicapped person could walk or be pushed in wheelchair. That said, we may give it another shot.”

“Where do I start! My husband and I had our engagement party and wedding reception in this venue and we couldn't have had better events. This was all possible with Anthony Amen. He was do attentive and considerate with us that he made everything run smoothly and beautifully. The food was amazing my guests won't stop raving amount it. My husband and I even tried to find if they do take out because of how addictive it was. Our family and family friends have had events here and weren't disappointed. If you want to host your event, ask for Anthony we can't recommend him enough! 11/10!”

“For the most part, we had the usual, pleasurable, Marriott experience. However, their remote for the TV was replaced 3x and still not working properly. Also, the coffee station could have been stocked better. On the bright side, the bathroom and bed were excellent, and we enjoyed having the sofa in the room (very comfortable).”
