The Lady at the Front Desk of Indian Heritage was friendly, receptive, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made sending the Priority Mail easy. I was there and out in less than 5 minutes with the tracking information. Thank you!!!

The Indian lady behind the counter is easily the laziest and rudest customer service professional I have ever encountered. It’s almost impossible to piss me off but she manages to accomplish this every time i interact with her. Her attitude is mind blowing. Shocked after seeing all these reviews about the same person that she still has a job. The European lady is great, she’s efficient, kind, and does her job well. I feel bad for her that she has to work with the other lady though. Sheesh

I drive to Alendale post office when I have time, because of Ramsey post office one woman is very uncomfortable, mean, laud, and angry at me, she talks rudely and treats me like I am bothering her. Another lady with European accent is great though,

If I could give a negative star, I would do so without hesitation. The female employee was rude and performs the bare minimum work. I placed my package properly on the scale, and she had the nerve to tell me that she couldn’t see the label on top (she was sitting down and refused to get up to scan the label). Unbelievable!

I rarely write reviews but today I met the rudest postal worker at the Ramsey Post Office. It was like she was doing me a favor. Poor service and bad attitude. And this is why I usually go to UPS but my package had to be returned there, There is one very sweet women there who does the passports. She is efficient and friendly. And this is why the postal industry needs to be privatized.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. One would think that after 250 years of service they would be efficient, courteous and competent. None of this applies to the Ramsey Post office or their staff. Good luck to you if you choose this location for your postal needs or to obtain a passport!!

From now on, mail marked "Return to Sender" will be put in mailbox at post office, since mail delivery person doesn't seem to appreciate having to pick up at home. Not my mail and legally can't throw it out, keep it etc..and "NO" not everyone has a forwarding address or they would put in on the envelope...as a matter of fact a forwarding address was sent to the post office over 2 weeks ago. Mail has been marked "Return to Sender" Address Unknown for past deliveries. So, someone at the post office isn't "Looking" at the updated info..Whats the point of someone giving a change of address with the postal service if they aren't looking at it and continuing to deliver mail anyway?? Really???

Catastrophic USPS. Potentially the worst. Female employee with a name beginning with a B is incredibly rude, unhelpful and unkind. Unsure how people like that get customer service positions. Go to a different location if you'd like to be treated with respect and courtesy.
