My son was looking at a few different cars. He called around to some Auto Sales places and went to see and drive the cars he was interested in. As he put it, it was a nightmare. They told him one thing on the phone, and than he gets there and finds out the price for financing and the price for cash are two different things, or how about, they know your on your way and don’t even tell you the car you are going to see was sold…How dishonest can you get!!!! One day I heard him on the phone with a dealer, he was very interested in the E Class Mercedes Coupe they had. He was speaking to Moe and than James. They sent an ‘’Uber’’ to pick him up and take him there, so I decided to go along because I had a good feeling about the conversation he was having with this dealer, they were an hour away. First of all the cars on their lot are impeccable!!! Moe greeted us, and told
my son to take his time looking at the car. And let him know if he had any questions. Moe was very considerate, and gave my son time to experience the car. While my son took the car for a drive, I was invited to come into the office and wait for him. That’s when I met James and Neo. I felt like I was sitting there with my family. At that moment, I knew this was the place my son was going to purchase a car. There are not enough words to explain the experience we had. Neo, was just so accommodating and friendly, what a great guy. Moe and my son got together and collaborated on finishing the sale. James who went “above and beyond’’ to put all the finial pieces together, thank you so much….When he picked up the car it was beautiful, clean, detailed and ready to go. Believe me if they have a car you like, I’m telling you don’t hesitate. At the end of the day, Aa Auto Sales is the only place you want to do business with. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“I went in unsure if I was going to be able to make a deal. No pressure no coercion, Alex was the best…. He asked me what was good and what would work for me and he worked his magic. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was still a few things that needed to be ironed out but the finance guy and I’m very sorry right now I don’t remember his name but I can give you a description (sorry for this) but he had a bald head & he worked his magic as well as far as getting me incredible warranty coverage and making sure I walked out in the best position possible…..Happy! Not feeling like I got in over my head or feeling like I got taken to the cleaners, But Happy!!! The Ramsey experience was easy & painless.
