I have been to many UPS stores over the years for most of my shipping and return needs in the greater NY/NJ area, and this location totally exceeds all expectations. The staff who works here are all super efficient, motivated and customer focused. As a working Mom of three littles, the staff completely helps get me in and out and they always go out of their way to ask how the kids are doing. Vishal is so knowledgeable of the offerings and has pride in the store as if it was his own business. Dan always greets me with a big smile and helps me get through my many needs/returns with nothing but a positive attitude. Overall, the staff here truly helps the customers and they work as a team to keep the line down and get folks on their way. It is rare to see and I always can count on getting what I need done here thanks to these guys!

I went in to send a package out with specific instructions to mark the outside of the box and add the email inside the box. I explained everything to the Guy behind the counter. He must’ve not listened or didn’t hear me so he took the package to the back and said he would take care of it when I asked him if he was going to put the markings on the outside in the email in the box, he looked at me puzzled. Explain to him again what needed to be done and he said that they don’t do that “. I said Give me back the box I’ll do it myself. He said it would take some time. I said how much time and he kept insisting it would take time and I told him it wasn’t a form of measurement. I have places to go. Attitude towards him. To be fair we both had an attitude towards each other, but management didn’t do anything to de-escalate. They added more fuel to the fire. I took my package. I’ll bring it to another store. Shame on both these guys. The only thing I can say was my fault is not how UPS works as far as special packaging.

Rep was helpful and friendly. But I didn't appreciate to have to pay $2 for a small piece of tape to close the box, if I knew they would charge for a little piece of tape I would've taped it up at home before I came. (Not the staff's fault though, they were great)

Take your business to somewhere else; these crooks have the audacity to charge you $2 for a piece of tape on a free Amazon return. I’d rather drive 10 more minutes to another ups than giving these impudent people one cent!

Had a package shipped Friday and the person received it on Saturday. Didn’t get the persons name and I’m sorry about that because the gentleman was great. Very polite and explained all. Shout out to ups. Thank you.

Vish does a great job of running this UPS store! As soon as I open the door Vish waves, says hello, and prepares to scan my packages or ring me up without delay. And Donny is very friendly and keeps the line moving fast!
