“This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”

“Rich & crew replaced the 46RE trans in my 1999 Dakota RT. Previous shop: was Gold Seal, closed, in Upper Saddle River. Big trans, 5.9 engine and a tight fit. A Perfect job, + reversed flowed the trans cooler.
4 years later, it runs perfect, driven 366 days a year, towing, and loaded with tools or heavy Home Depot items.
Repeat customer, I travel from Long Island for this shop and I'm frequently stuck in traffic for hours on the GW Bridge. Trans: never over-heats, and shifts perfect.”

“I had my 2008 Ford F-250 brought in after some shop screwed up my front end at a place in Ny state. Total Performance is the best shop in the AREA hands down , the guys fixed my front end, rebuilt my rear due to it was howling, starter replaced , and now I’m bringing my truck back for more work to be done cause Ford sucks when it comes to rotting. My truck is lifted with 37x12.50r17 2 door supercab with an 8 foot bed. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they have done all the times replacing those parts that I listed, and the staff are amazing and I can’t forget the owner and his lovely wife that helped me with my quotes.
