Thank you for giving me my favorite, longest lasting pair of working shoes EVER. You’re a blessing to me now and always, I live in Paramus but they NEVER have men’s shoes. I have browsed the women’s selection however heels simply will not get me through my workday. Im on my way to give Paramus 2 stars right now (they have good squishmallows sometimes which gives them points) but other than that, YALL ARE THE BEST. Plus yall also have good squish but im never on time :( still love you guys <3

Looking at toiletries. Stock cart to my right. Was there mere seconds (I have a preteen and was by no means lingering unnecessarily long) when an employee shows up out of nowhere and starts sandwiching me between the cart and herself by walking around to my left w an armload of products. She gets right on top of me, and starts sticking her armpit and hand in my face as she hastily starts plopping products on the self like it was so urgent there was no other choice but to actually physically touch me -nevermind even considering personal space. It was so bad she made contact and actually elbowed me. I look at her, she apologized, but kept doing it anyway. All I'd needed was about 60 seconds to compare two boxes/products and I'd have been done. I also work retail and she was not only being gross and totally inappropriate, but what's even more mindblowing to me is that she reacted as if I was truly crazy and irrational for disliking this whole situation when I spoke up. Her continued dismissive and ridiculous attitude actually resulted in me throwing the armload of products I'd already been carrying to purchase on the shelf and leaving without buying anything for the first time in my life anywhere. Rarely am I that disgusted. Takes a lot. I CANNOT IMAGINE doing this at my job when stocking shelves. Or even while shopping next to a stranger in any store. Not only an extremely rude thing to do, but the lack of common sense you'd have to posess to think this is ok is stunning. It really did get to me. There's absolutely no reason your employees should ever be touching the shoppers or cramming themselves into anyone's space to that insane degree.

Please coach Sandra on better customer service etiquette not only with customers but with her coworkers. I was told that she is management and more of a reason to lead by example!

Unfortunately, the employee that I asked to help me was incredibly slow and made me feel like I was bothering her and overall it was uncomfortable for me. She took another customer leaving me to wait.

This is one of the most crowded TJ Maxx locations I have ever been to anywhere in the country. The checkout line was insanely long. The parking lot for this New Jersey location is way too small and tight to handle the volume of cars, and people visiting this location.
