The staff are often described as lovely, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing service that keeps customers coming back. However, customer service can sometimes be poor, and parking on weekends and near holidays can be extremely tricky.
I love this place to look for gifts- there's just so many options. Some of it is pricey, but I usually get 30% off coupons in the mail. If anything, customer service could improve. Yesterday when I was returning something, the woman at the register had such a mean tone and tossed my receipt at me.

The biggest plus here is Kathleen and the other employees. They gave me help on pricing and comparisons with product performance. It’s service like this that will keep me coming back here.
