$255 to diagnose a broken shifter cable in a Fiat 500 when I knew this was the issue and so did they…it’s a common fault and for some reason the automatic version was recalled but not the manual version even though they use the same mechanism. I’m sure they looked at the car for all of 2 minutes and charged me $255 for a “diagnostic”. Then they wanted $1,150 to replace the shifter cable and bracket which is a simple job. These are German luxury dealership service prices folks. Stay away unless you are under warranty.

Ramsey ALFA service is very accessible, professional, clean and has a great waiting area. I can even have a free espresso while I wait. Chris is never pushy and always a pleasure to work with. My ALFA is 7 years old and has been 100% reliable with no problems to date.

One of the best service centers I've ever been to, if not the best, after owning various domestic and foreign makes. Super clean, huge space, plenty of refreshments, a child play area, and a good place to spend time or get things done in your spare time. Tons of bays, so service was fast and advisor courteous and attentive. Well worth the review, would be glad to come back.
