Scheduling is on point
Service staff always ready to accommodate as soon as you enter that place
They walk through the steps of service and also after evaluating the car conditions will update you.
Staff is very polite , knowledgeable and professional
Perfectly on timing, they give you the car clean inside out.
Waiting are is unbelievably great,
They have all kinds of Coffee,water,breakfast goods and sandwiches for lunch
People working in that place are happy and also make customers happy

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alma Paredes at Prestige Lexus of Ramsey, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Alma was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about leasing my new 2024 Lexus ES 350. She helped me find the perfect car that fit my budget and answered all my questions with clarity.
What stood out the most was her willingness to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. Her accommodating nature made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a shout-out to the rest of the team at Prestige Lexus—they were all friendly and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and great. Thomas Roach took good care of me. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or being mislead with hidden fees and bogus charges. I forgot the finance guy name but he was great as well. Two weeks ago I walked into Prestige Lexus of Ramsey and asked to test drive a Lexus SUV. I was lucky enough to meet Lexus salesman Jin Ha. We spoke for a few moments about what I was looking for. Jin was very patient and asked some excellent questions. Based on my answers Jin recommended the Lexus NX 350 or NX 350 hybrid. I test drove both models that day. Later that same day Jin emailed me as promised several options for sale at Prestige Lexus. Two days later Jin called me. We talked about what I wanted and he would try to find the right car which for me was the NX 350 hybrid. The next day (Friday) Jin called and told me he didn’t have any hybrid models on the lot to sell me (they were all spoken for) but one was arriving the next week. On Monday Jin called that the car I wanted was expected in on Wednesday. I went to Prestige, filled out simple paperwork and left a deposit. Sure enough the car came in exactly when Jin said it would. The next day my husband and I went to pick it up.
I can t say enough good things about how easy Jin made the entire process from start to finish. He was honest, courteous, patient, knowledgeable about the cars and followed through with everything promised.He never pushed anything only offered different options to help me decide what I wanted to do. He was a gentleman and true professional in every way.
If you are looking to purchase a Lexus I can honestly highly recommend Jin Ha to help you. I am now the proud owner of a Lexus NX 350H and loving it! Thank you Jin! It’s been a pleasure working with you.

Very unprofessional customer service; I was very disappointed. On Friday I had an appointment at prestige Lexus to test drive RAV4 2022. I called the assigned representative (Alex) she send someone else. Ok !
When I saw the car- I see some scratch and right side mirror was broken. After test drive; I was try to shared my experience regarding car condition with the manager. Suddenly, manager said he got a small advance with internet price as is car condition.
My question is: why they didn’t tell me before I get there? Even i called and emailed
Everything was confirmed. They didn’t mention anything about the car issues & car will be sale as is ???? I believe they intentionally wasted my time and played a dirty game.
Feel so disappointed, very bad trick to avoid someone!!!!!

Buyers beware!!!! I bought a car from this dealership in June and still waiting for title and registration after going thru two temp tags, I am being told they cannot legally give a third temp tag. I cannot drive a car with expired temp tag and they do not have eta on the documents. That brings me to the second problem, I found out a few weeks ago that the CPO car they sold has airbag problems from an accident they never disclosed. No record of this accident on Carfax!!! Now I paid $33k for a car I cannot drive for two reasons, mechanical (airbag) and registration. Both of which they give me the runaround. I also found out the reason they are not able to register is because they are learning of a title problem. Isn’t that just fantastic… I want to wake up from this nightmare!!!!! Buyers beware….

Prestige is very comfortable. I liked this place because they take care of you very well. They serve muffins, bagels with cream and coffee, tea and small bottle water and some time can soda.
If you like to wait for your car you have a clean and comfortable place to sit and watch tv

I recently had an experience with Prestige Lexus of Ramsey that started out rocky but ended up being one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
When I first came in, there were a few hiccups with my purchase, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. However, the turnaround in the service I received afterward made all the difference.
Jin, the second salesperson, was a true professional. After hearing about my concerns, he went out of his way to ensure I felt valued as a customer. He followed up promptly, offered solutions, and truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation. His dedication turned my negative experience into a positive one, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Then there’s Martin, Preown manager. When my issues were brought to his attention, Martin handled it with grace and efficiency. He was attentive, patient, and committed to making things right. Martin’s leadership and willingness to step in reassured me that I was in good hands.
Finally, Vinny, the delivery tutorial guru, was incredible. He took the time to thoroughly explain the technical details of the product and ensure everything was working perfectly. Vinny's expertise and friendly demeanor made the final part of my experience smooth and stress-free.
In the end, despite the initial setback, and 1-2 things left to be ironed out, the amazing teamwork of Jin, Martin, and Vinny completely turned things around. I’m now a happy and satisfied customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prestige Lexus to others. Thank you, Jin, Martin, and Vinny, for your outstanding service!
