We remodeled our entire house and got all tiles and sinks and vanities from Porcelanosa. We tiled our entire kitchen floor with their carrera marble tiles and 4.5 bathrooms (floor to ceiling) with their tiles and vanities.4 out of the 4.5 bathrooms have sinks that are either unusable or unpleasant to look at. When we were sold the sinks they were a beautiful white “solid surface.” This is what they describe it as…Krion™ is the solid surface from Porcelanosa Group, a solid, hygienic, non-porous and homogeneous material, composed of two parts aluminium hydroxide powder and one part high quality acrylic resin, in addition to exclusive additives developed by our R&D department.If it is solid why is it stained from hard water after only A few years, why are there cracks at the bottom and the water seeps down into the vanity? When we reached out they said “the warrantee” has run out and there is nothing we can do. It feels like false advertising with and exuberant price. We have called and sent emails and nobody wants to address is.See the pictures for yourself…disgusting. We spent between $40-50k with Porcelanosa, is this what Porcelanosa stands for? Low quality? Mediocre?

Despite many negative reviews, I want to mention that Rob is the best, he always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best, they would improve in their pick up waiting and process.

Definitely Not Recommended!!!They have horrible warehouse pickup service! They sold the wrong item first and than we went for exchange and we tried to explain our situation that our constructor is waiting for us and we came from long distance and we left our businesses but they didn’t want to understand, even not listen and also didn’t helped us!!! Even it was their mistake and they didn’t take any responsibility at all!!!We waisted our time and constructor waisted 3 days!!!We were going to get tiles and so many things for our 3 bathrooms but we change our mind! We never come back in this store again!!!

I recently had the most unpleasant experience on Tuesday April 4th in the afternoon at the Porcelanosa showroom located on Route 17 in Ramsey, New Jersey. The staff, a man and woman specifically were dismissive and uninterested. They treated me like they could not be bothered. I would imagine that I didn’t fit the mold of what they perceive a porcelanosa customer should look like. I was in jeans and a sweatshirt and was running around doing errands that day.Putting this in perspective for you, I am a business owner whose family has been in business in the Franklin Lakes, Wyckoff New Jersey area for over 100 years. I own Ped Agree shoes in Wyckoff. We have customers from all different economic backgrounds in our store, and I would never assume to judge people based on what they wear or drive. That definitely was the attitude I got from your sales people.I have had generations of the same families coming to me since I was a teenager working in the store alongside my father and the way we treat customers is the reason why. How dare your sales people treat me or anyone in such a nasty manner. Needless to say I will go elsewhere for my tile needs. Also, I will make sure when I am asked for recommendations for businesses in the area(which I quite often am, after living here for 55 years) I will remember how shabbily I was treated by your people at your company.

Very very unprofessional staff for a pick up of 20-30 minutes they took 5 hours if you ask someone they react like they don’t really care the worst warehouse in the US.

ROBERT WAS GREAT, VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE ON PRODUCTS THEY CARRY, WE PURCHASED TILES FOR OUR POWDER ROOM GOING WITH THE MODERN LOOK, TILES ON WALL TILL CEILINGS, COUPLE OF WEEKS WE WILL BE BACK FOR OUR MASTER BATHROOM!!THIS PLACE IS HUGE AND THEY ARE VERY ORGANIZED AND CLEAN!!

Great Classy place with modern trends.. If your in the market to update your home.. you gotta ck em out!! Baths, Kitchens, Faucets of all kinds,, Tiles and Hardwood.. a little pricey but the quality is there.. staff is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.. Highly Recommend you stop in and ck them out !!

This is the last place you want to get tile. The problem is the warehouse will hold your order until they are ready. Even though it is in stock they will let you know the system will not allow them to get you the tile for up to a week. Heaven forbid you need more tile and your contractor is installing the tile...let them know to start another job as you will probably wait another week for a tile that is literally in stock but does not have an employee to pull it from the shelves and allow you to pick up what you have paid for. You are begging to get the product which you have paid for. There are plenty of other Tile stores with similar quality to have to beg to get your tile. I will never shop here again.

Terrible place. I walked in and there were two people sitting at opposing desks the woman barely acknowledged my presence. I walked around the showroom which has barely any displays for such a big place but besides as I made my way back to front the gentleman says, ma'am can you put on a mask and just sat at his desk. THESE PEOPLE COMPLETELY ARROGANT AND UNHELPFUL!! Can I help you as I walked in would have been a hell of a lot better. Stay away at least from this location!!

I visited this showroom looking to purchase everything for my bathrooms. I called ahead and was told I did not need an appointment. First of all the staff was rude and unwilling to help. I tried to get the attention of someone multiple times just to be told to wait. Nobody came to help me. Finally I left the store. Considering I came in with my checkbook ready to make my purchase, they lost a great client! I will never go back there.
