“The entire staff at this store is genuine in the desire to be friendly & helpful. They are knowledgeable & hard working. I had an outstanding experience today with a pharmacy associate named Karen. There was a problem with a prescription refill. Not only did she reach out to my doctor, troubleshoot the problem, contact my benefit provider ( she was on hold for 15 minutes with them) & then ultimately resolved the issue while remaining in contact with me several times. I truly appreciate this great service & thank you for going above & beyond! Great job!!!”
“Michelle is fantastic! She answered the phone with no wait time and quickly had an answer to my question. I could not find my medicine anywhere and she was accurate and efficient. One of the best I’ve ever interacted with in years. When I arrived it was filled waiting for me. If she is working, she will assist you with whatever you need!

“Lisa Bucco is the head of the pharmacy at my CVS in Ramsey….I have never seen anyone better than her. She is calm cool and collected. We were going to switch pharmacy’s because the parking is very difficult in this CVS but after meeting Lisa we were not going anywhere. She listens to you, she explains things, she is knowledgeable and like I said impressed us with her calmness when things are very hectic as they often are. CVS should know what a good employee she is and hold right to her!”

“I'd give Town & Country Compounding Pharmacy 10 stars if I could! CSRs are so helpful & professional (esp. Josh & Sonya). Meds arrive on time, carefully packed & include everything. For questions, they're just a text or phone call away. Also, my doc would never have sent an Rx to a questionable compounding pharmacy that's non-regulated and has no accreditations. T&C is SAFE and GREAT.”
