NEW UPDATE: New employee Eva does "Name Drop" when you give her the phone number to access the rewards, I honestly didn't like that, she could've said the first name only, not the first and last name, but I think she comes across off as snarky or something, IMO, overall, the Petco is getting there, also, the previous employees never "name dropped" when they accessed my rewards account..

I go to this groomer once a month for a nail trim. Ashley always helps us she is kind and patient with my pup. Ashley is the best!!!!

Had to wait a little to be helped but in the end was treated well and helped with our purchase. Friend of mine let his sisters parakeet go by mistake. We were trying to find an exact replica bird same color and size. We found one at this Petco and brought it home while sister was at school. Girl came home and we made a big deal how the bird came "back". The girl didn't buy it and realized the bird was a fake right away due to the wings being cut. Whole new flood of tears mom was so angry. Whatever you can only try

The staff was very helpful and we ended up buying to beta fish , a fish tank and fish decor. The staff also showed us the different animals they had and let me and my family pet some of them.
