“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “It was ok. My older phone was acting up so I went to VZ store. Everyone who assisted was nice. Only thing negative that I must say is that customer should be advised upfront about the pricing of additional items…screen protector, car charger, etc. this would avoid customer complaints, which were handled by price adjustments”

“I went to this Verizon store when my phone had an issue that I was unable to resolve with the customer care representative through the Verizon Help Center. While I’d had an unhappy experience at this particular store in the past, I went back as the location was convenient and I had heard that there were different people working there now, nicer and more honest. And they were right. Chaim and Freddie were not only nice but very competent; and Avi, who replaced Freddie when he moved on to further his education, is equally nice and competent.Since then, Chaim, Freddie, and Avi have taken great care of me, which I especially appreciate since I have health issues that make it even more difficult for me to deal with the frustrations of electronic devices. I know that if I need help, all I have to do is call them. In fact, on many occasions they assisted me over the phone rather than have me come to the store, which is not always easy for me. They regularly go above and beyond, a quality that I feel has been disappearing in our culture these days, and in turn they have my loyalty as a customer.”

“I AM BEYOND HAPPY! THEY FIXED MY PHONE! IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE, TRY THIS PLACE FIRST. Sales rep at T-Mobile wanted me to just do the replacement warranty for a new phone, but I was not okay with that. I wanted mine fixed. These guys are the biggest blessing. My phone was having connection issues to the network, they replaced my antenna for $130 and FIXED MY PHONE. The amount of relief is undescribable. “Had a great experience at this store because of Tim! I had a big issue with upgrading my phone and after spending two hours with a Verizon rep over the phone, I went to this location and was assisted by Tim! It took 4 hours to completely transfer and fix everything that the rep messed up and Tim was patient, kind, funny and so so helpful. He’s just an incredible guy with the funniest stories and i learned alot about current events too and his knowledge of so many other world events while waiting for the transfer!!I wish I had gone here to begin with! Do yourself a favor and just pay the $50 they charge you to do a smooth transfer if you need assistance. Don’t bother calling the reps as they really messed up my transfer! If you have any phone issues, Tim is your guy!! I couldn’t be more pleased with this location and working with Tim!!”
