I purchased a necklace for me and a bracelet for my wife in Grand Cayman Island. They didn’t have the 20” necklace in stock and told me the home office, in NJ, would send it to my house back in the US. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after I got home. Three days after I got home, I called the store in Grand Cayman. They advised that the NJ store had a flood and it would be another week. I waited the week, no necklace. I called the store in Grand Cayman and they told me to call the NJ store. I called the NJ store and they told me I had to email them. I sent an email, no response. Sent another one, no response. Called the NJ store and they said they never received my email. Called Grand Cayman and they said I would have to deal with the NJ store. Emailed the NJ store and called several times, no email responses and no one at the store had any answers. Called my credit card company and stopped payment. One month after we were home, my wife’s bracelet broke. When we purchased the bracelet were advised that their jewelry had a lifetime warranty and they would repair/replace any damaged jewelry. Emailed and called for the bracelet, same results. No one responded to my emails or calls. I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase anything from them.

Great local business. Mr. Caparyan recognized me although I had not been in the store in a long time. He treated me extremely well even though I was there for a very small purchase. This is something you can't get on line or in a department store.

A friend of ours recommended Marquis Jewelers to my fiance. My fiance had them custom make the exact engagement ring I wanted. I was in the store for the sizing, and they were very professional and accommodating, Their pricing was also reasonable. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
