“When I was in the parking lot at the UPS Store with a 67 lb package, a UPS driver saw me struggling. The driver walked over and picked up the package and carried it into the UPS store for me. Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.”
“I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!”

“Local post office of my town, always had a quick and wonderful service. They have a decent collection of postal materials. PO boxes are also available for rental.Did my daughter's passport application through this PO as well, the Post Master was super helpful and humble to us.”

“I have been to many UPS stores over the years for most of my shipping and return needs in the greater NY/NJ area, and this location totally exceeds all expectations. The staff who works here are all super efficient, motivated and customer focused. As a working Mom of three littles, the staff completely helps get me in and out and they always go out of their way to ask how the kids are doing. Vishal is so knowledgeable of the offerings and has pride in the store as if it was his own business. Dan always greets me with a big smile and helps me get through my many needs/returns with nothing but a positive attitude. Overall, the staff here truly helps the customers and they work as a team to keep the line down and get folks on their way. It is rare to see and I always can count on getting what I need done here thanks to these guys!”
