Lily and Kate always has the perfect gift for any occasion or even a gift to yourself! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the incredibly friendly staff. They will have you walking out with exactly what you need (beautifully wrapped) and feeling like you just made some new friends. I have never purchased anything from Lily and Kate that I have not received a tremendous amount of compliments on and every gift they have helped me pick out has been a hit! Highly recommend this beautiful boutique!

don’t like to leave a negative review but :/ the employee i spoke to was not listening to me and aggressive. i bought a necklace from the store in december while home from NYC for christmas. first night out wearing it, the necklace broke. i’m home for easter and brought the necklace with me to see if they’ll exchange for a new one, understanding if they wouldn’t since i didn’t have a receipt. she said “looks pretty mangled…” as i take a necklace out of my hand… if it’s not stored hanging up, it’s going to need to be untwisted. she kept saying i should have come sooner and i told her again that i live in the city and this was my first time back. i plainly asked for an exchange and was met with hostility.alternative if you are jewelery shopping: go next door to hazel where they also sell jewelry. the employees have always been sweet and helpful when i go in.

I have had the best experiences at Lily & Kate! The sales associates were so welcoming and helpful! I had popped in recently for gifts for a few different people and left with something unique for each of them! I absolutely love the quality of everything in the shop and they constantly get fun new things in!

Wonderful selection of unique, high quality items with fabulous gift wrapping. I love coming in to buy birthday and holiday gifts, or just to browse the new products that they get in. Can always count on Lily & Kate to have a gift that fits the occasion, and your budget. Such a superb little shop to have in town!

I love this cute store. It has the perfect gifts and I love the jewelry they carry. The girls that work there are so sweet and always offer to help. They do a great gift wrap which is a huge plus when buying a gift! If you are in the area I suggest stopping in!

I was very disturbed by my visit to this store. I was excited to shop there however once I stepped in I felt like I was looked up and down and not accepted in the store. I ignored it the first time however after the second attempt I felt it again. I’ve never felt that anywhere else. I don’t plan to go back to this store or give them any business. I went down the block to another shop and felt the complete opposite. The items in the store are way over priced anyway. Won’t recommend. It’s unfortunate it’s nice to have cute little shops around.

Having moved from NYC where there are hundreds of amazing small shops selling all sorts of gifts to NJ where you have miles and miles of big chain stores was a big culture change. My wife and I have a Christmas tradition of sourcing at least one of our gifts every year from a local shop so that got me scrambling to find some shops in our area. It wasn't long before I stumbled upon the amazingly cute town of Ramsey and one of it's best stores- Lilly & Kate. They have a little bit of everything. This includes but is not limited to home decor, jewelry, accessories, candles, and more. Much of what they carry are made by small independent companies and they also have a good selection of locally made products as well. Prices are fair and service was good. I was able to find a great Christmas ornament they had commissioned as well as an incredibly unique candle made by a small company in Georgia. If you're getting something for a present here, don't skip their offer to gift wrap it for you. They do a great job at that. If you're in the Bergen County area and are looking for a nice shop to browse for gifts, regardless of the recipient or occasion, make sure to add Lily & Kate to your go-to list.

Lovely people working at Lily and Kate and all the wonderful gift ideas make this store my new favorite! We are unable to walk inside a store right now, so I looked online and found JUST what I was looking to buy. I had a problem with the website, user error, and I called after hours. To my delight, the call was returned early the next day. Although this is a busy time, the lovely lady took the time to take my order, and I am on my way now to pick up curbside. This is my first purchase from them, and it won't be my last.. They happened to have the PERFECT gift for my son! Finished out my Christmas shopping there!!!

The sales associate was so welcoming & assisted me with a baby gift, etc., she was so sweet & helpful in her suggestions!! Her colleague was so friendly as well, chatted at the counter when I was paying for the lovely gifts. Thanks again!! This store always has such fabulous items to choose from, always a great find!!

This place is so darling! I went in this morning to pick up a small graduation gift and they had a decent variety of gift options (from candles to jewelry to bathing suit cover ups.) Everything was so cute and fairly priced, it was hard not to shop for myself. Staff was very friendly and ready to help! They also packed my purchase so that it's gift ready; so cute! I will definitely be back!
