I had a seamless process of working with Jeremiah to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new Kia Carnival. He gave us the best price right up front, he was direct, and very helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend going to Ramsey Liberty Kia, they were able to quickly find me the car I wanted and everyone working there is very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I want to start this review with a huge thank you to Steven my sales representative at Liberty Kia. From the moment I reached out and told him our family was looking for a Kia K5, he went above and beyond. The exact color, trim, and model we wanted wasn’t available at the time, but it was in transit—and he made it his mission to locate the perfect car for us since our lease was due.
The negotiation process was absolutely on point—no back and forth, no games. He listened to what we needed, worked the numbers perfectly, and honestly exceeded our expectations in every way. When we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with open arms and true professionalism. He took his time going over the car in full detail, making sure everyone in our family understood every feature and option.
After that, we went into the finance office with Bernadette and met with her, and she was just as amazing. She explained everything clearly—motor vehicle details, and all the protection options available. We felt informed, not pressured, and ended up choosing the tire and wheel program because it made sense for us.
This dealership gets 5 stars from our family. We would recommend Liberty Kia to anyone looking for an easy, honest, and professional car-buying experience. Great job, and thank you all so much!

Dudley is THE MAN! Had a wonderful experience buying my 26 Carnival. Dudley is super clear on each step, straightforward on all discussions, professional, knowledgable, and we made the deal quick which saves me a lot of hassle. He took care of everything and this is the best car buying experience so far. Would highly recommend, definitely request Dudley if you want a smooth experience!

Worked with Steven at Liberty Kia last month on used RAV4 purchase from their stock. Steven was very patient, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Did multiple test drives. They are very up front on everything and transparent. They are not pushy and work with you to assist. The GM and Sales Manager were great to deal with as well. Thanks Kia Liberty!

Recently purchased Sportage 2026 Hybrid SX Prestige from Liberty Kia. Steven helped me throughout the whole process and he was very prompt and helpful with my questions and requests. Most of all, he (and the dealership) was very straight forward with everything. That's why I bought a car from Liberty Kia which is 30 miles away from my place.

We shopped long and hard for the best Dealership and PRICE we could get on our new 2025 Kia Telluride. If I say I was in contact with over 15 dealerships it would be a conservative number.
Dudley Dorilas, our sales representative at Liberty Kia was the one and only salesperson who truly respected my questions and answered them directly without playing games. We had many email interactions as I had explained I wanted to ours to be a true internet sale. It was only when we got down to the actual purchase that I took to the nuclear option of calling Dudley.
He was informative, polite and did everything he could to make for a smooth transition.
When we arrived at Liberty Kia, Dudley greeted us and explained in detail the progression to ownership. He took the time to introduce us to the general manager and the service staff. All were extremely friendly and told us that if we ever had a problem or question we should call them directly. They each gave us their own personal cards and phone numbers.
When it came time to actually take possession of our beautiful new Kia Telluride, Dudley spent time in the vehicle with us to make sure that both I and my wife completely understood the controls and dashboard functions.
Knowing that any new vehicle will present questions at a later time, Dudley reminded us to just pick up the phone and call, no matter how mundane our question might seem. He then smiled and said, we also have pizza night. I asked, what was that. He told us one Tuesday of each month they had an in person question and answer session with pizza being served. My wife said she would definitely be there.
By the time we drove off with our beautiful new Kia Telluride SX X-Line Prestige we knew in our hearts, we had not only found the right car for us, but the best possible salesman and dealership.
