This was the best experience ever! Samantha made my son and I feel so welcomed, relaxed, was she so professional! Not only do I love my car, I would get another one from only this dealership. I have worked with many in the area and bar none , this is lease purchase went so smoothly.
The entire staff is amazing too. They are always ready and willing to help! Go Joe Heidt Volkswagon!

I recently leased an ID.4 from this dealership, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Stephen Kennedy provided outstanding service—his professionalism and friendly demeanor made the process incredibly smooth. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a top-notch leasing experience. I couldn’t be happier with my ID.4!

Great experience purchasing a used car at Joe Heidt. Salesperson William was low-key, low-pressure, and answered all of our questions. No crazy hidden charges like we've found at other places. Very happy with my new car and highly recommend this dealership.

As a two time customer, Joe Heidt VW does not disappoint. Steven assisted me while I traded in my old VW for a new one and he provided phenomenal service during the entire process from start to end. I was able to purchase a brand new car and take it home the same day. Steven also spent an hour explaining to how to use all of my new car features before I took it home. I could not be more pleased to have experienced such amazing customer service, he truly made the entire process seamless.

Shopping at Joe Heidt VW was the smoothest car buying purchase we’ve experienced. As out of state buyers, they got us in and out as soon as possible. Chris the sales associate, was extremely informative over the phone and email regarding the car we were purchasing. Given that we were traveling 3hrs with OUR SMALL CHILDREN their friendliness, cleanliness and overall experience was exceptional. We would highly recommend them! Thanks again for everything Joe Heidt VW.

How to Lose a Loyal Customer!
I just learned a costly lesson: make sure everything is clearly spelled out on paper when agreeing to a price. We negotiated what I thought was a good lease for a new Taos with a total out-of-pocket cost of $2,500. I made it clear to the salesperson that this was all I was willing to pay, and I specifically mentioned that this amount should cover all fees (DMV, bank, etc.) and the first month's payment. This isn't my first time leasing a car, and in every other dealership, "total out-of-pocket" meant exactly that.
However, at Joe Heidt, it seems things work differently. On top of the $2,500, they charged me for DMV fees and the first month's payment, arguing that it's not their standard practice to include those in the total. They even suggested I was "lucky" to be dealing with them instead of Jack Daniels, where I would supposedly pay even more. Well, Michael D., you've just lost a customer. I should have just walked away and gone to Jack Daniels instead. I only stayed to avoid spoiling my daughter's first new car experience.
Lesson learned.

Terrible sales and service experience. Customer service even worse left messages and emails with no response. 1st time costumer of Joe Heidt VW and most likely my last.

My experience with Joe Heidt VW was pretty good. Many people worked with the dealership staff and some liked it and some didn't like it. We just went to Joe Heidt VW last week and saw some cool cars. However, I would like to see the VW Bus that's coming back from the dead.

I drop my car off 8/22/14 My car wasn’t looked until 8/26/24. A part needed to be ordered which could’ve been ordered had my car been looked at when I dropped it off. But ordered Monday, told it would be in Tuesday for Wednesday pickup. Part did not come in and I still don’t have a car after a week of no work and having to push things back due to their negligence. Omar was my service advisor. Take your car elsewhere for service, don’t buy a vehicle here either.
Update: they called to offer me a loaner (after review was posted) after 1 week of having my car and missing work.
My final update: 8/22/24 I dropped my car off. I am picking it up today. On 8/29/24 Omar had a loaner delivered to my home. I have been in that car for close to two weeks. When I was called to pickup my vehicle on 9/5/24 I paid 957$ to get in my car and there be a check engine. All in all the guys worked with me and saved me 200$ on a 600$ job. Appreciate the help and hope things do get better for the guys at JHVW.

Don’t believe they truly looked at my car after it came in from the recent hurricane/flood. I asked for them to check my engine, ect. Told me everything was great yet I left my tire sensors went off, I had no oil, other lights flashed. Claimed within that week things like that “could” happen. It’s just a CYA move.
Yea they offered to look again at no charge but that’s not the point- should be done right the first time. If I have stand there and supervise why not get paid same as a supervisor does instead of taking off work and losing money to do it?
Cannot trust.
Do not recommend. Extremely overpriced for connecting a computer to do all the work of “inspection”.
And of course, if my car blows up tomorrow it’s not on them “they did an inspection”
Hard to find a honest spot these days.
Do they not understand a car is one of the most important things in a persons life? To work? To social? To get all essentials for living?
It’s disturbing it is so easy for them to lie, overprice, and take your money then take no responsibility for when they are called out on it.
Get your own scanner online, save the money. Same difference apparently.
