We walked in and the guy was on the phone, never acknowledge us. We stood there for 5 minutes, then I had to ask if he was opened, he replied I am on the phone. He clearly did not want our need our business so my husband and I walked out.

I have been to this dry cleaners twice. The first time was to get a winter jacket dry cleaned. It went fine- it did feel a tad expensive but the jacket was returned just fine. The second time I went, I brought another jacket. After I picked it up and put it on, it was like two sizes too small all of a sudden. I thought taking clothes to the dry cleaners was a safe guard from your clothes shrinking. It was really disappointing because I loved that jacket and I wore it all the time and now it doesn’t fit. I won’t be going back.

When it comes to dry cleaning services, James' Cleaners is as good as it gets. The service is unparalleled and they foster such a welcoming environment. Any place can dry clean a shirt, but James' Cleaners does it with pizzazz! In my experience, you really just can't find such great quality at this price anywhere in the tri-state area. On some occasions I've even gotten to chatting with the owners and they were kind enough to offer me some caffeine free diet pepsi! I will definitely continue to do my dry cleaning here!!

I've been going to this place for several years for my dry cleaning. Always prompt and are accommodating if I need an expedited cleaning. With fair prices and quality service, I recommend this place to my buddies in the area.
