“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. I do believe these three gentlemen should be praised for their efforts. I will be back in the future and will send friends ans family their way!Thank you!!!!Sincerely,Donna L.”

“Oh my goodness, when I came in I was greeted respectfully. I’m a very difficult person to please but this one man named Sheldon made me so happy. He was so patient and kind with me. Me and my daughter went over there to trade a phone, and he was able to help us. He seemed like a hard worker from the moment we walked in. He asked us what we needed and gave his best advice and service. He was so convincing, I bought more than I expected to buy. So glad I went there!”

“Came in with some issues with my bill and rebates when I switched from AT&T last month and for the last month regretting it but when I came in and had the pleasure of working with KEITH .. He took his time to explain everything and went above and beyond to contact customer service for me and resolve all issues I was having. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Verizon if you are reading this which I hope you are you need to commend your employee for his services. Anyone looking to buy a phone or anything else for that matter please and see Keith. “Updated - I think think Optimum has made it right by me. Giving it another try. will update once everything is worked out----------------------this is for optimum in general - fios internet. It's horrible. If you like service that sometimes works and randomly disconnects your devices or requires endless rebooting, this is for you.Oh - and terrible customer service and promises to send you expert technicians (who can't even speak English).I used to have normal coax internet - worked ok. When i reconnected, they had to upgrade me to fiber. It seriously is unreliable. One of the many reps i spoke with agreed and was going to send someone to rehook coax.. but they next rep disowned that comment..Verizon may cost a drop more - but using the SAME EXACT equipment, its a never fail option.”

“You know where I get excellent initial service is sending a private message on Facebook to Optimum. Agents are extremely responsive & get to the heart of the matter if there’s an outage for instance affecting the Optimum app.With one situation they scheduled a tech to come out for a problem. Right on the FB private message! I found it’s the quickest way to get the problem recognized. One time problem was recognized after midnight and I was told technicians were working on the programming problem that affected the app!”
