I have stayed here twice and generally enjoyed it. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful. The breakfast was good but nothing special and was what you expect at a place like this. In terms of my specific needs, the location is perfect and is exactly half way from where I usually start and my destination. However, it's located on a busy thoroughfare with shopping centers and fast food. It's hard to get around and there are no decent restaurants around. The establishment would do well to at least put a few frozen dinners or pizzas in their shop. For now it's just drinks, ice cream and dreadful ramen.
Rooms: Clean but smelled of cheap scents. I really wish this and other hotels would use unscented cleaning products as well as soaps and shampoos. Because of the current situation, my wife cannot come with me. If things were unscented my wife could come and we could stay longer.
Food and drinks: Nice breakfast but nothing else for lunch or dinner available.

We just left midtown Hilton. These rooms were better and cleaner and didn't charge for every darn thing.
The only thing they have on y'all is location. They have Central Park and y'all have Mahwah, a confusing entrance, and the view of Rte 17.

This hotel is excellent. I stayed September 2-4, 2024. I enjoyed their breakfast and the room facilities. Its neat and clean. I will recommend it.
Patel, the duty manager on September 4, 2024 was very unprofessional and unfriendly. That is the reason why i rated the service 3*. His customer service skill is poor. I will recommend customer relationship management training for Patel to improve his capacity to relate with customers.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were updated, modern and clean.
The breakfast was A+ and well stocked. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. Upon our arrival, after a rather trying day we were greeted by Hina, she was so friendly and helpful it made our day. Her helping us with plans for the next day was the cherry on top to end our vacation.

Thank you for having a microwave in the room. We have stayed at other places and they don't have them. We will definitely be returning to this hotel when we travel to New Jersey. Clean and quiet room.

Location is great. If you want to go anywhere in New Jersey or New York, it is a convenient location.
A medium size hotel so easy to reach to room and other facilities. Vending machines and restaurant are just near the entrance and I found it very convenient to use.
Rooms are spacious and clean. All the necessary facilities are provided and in good condition.
Staff is very helpful and courteous. They go beyond their duties to help or guide you.
Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Overall worth of value.

Any hotel I go to the first thing I do is check for bugs and there were none so thats a good start. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good with a good variety. I liked that they kept a bowl of bananas out in the lobby for anyone to grab during the day.

I arrived at the hotel at 12 am after a 17-hour journey from FL and was greeted by Kevin. When I went up to my room, I couldn't get in, so I returned to the lobby and Kevin came up to help me. My reservation was unique because I was a guest on someone else's reservation for the second night. Despite this, my stay was amazing. On the second day, I spoke with Darius so that I wouldn't have to change rooms, and he was also extremely helpful. The room was clean, and the staff was amazing. I'm not used to the round about to get to the other side of the road, but on the other side of 17 there was a shopping center and a gas station right next door, everything is close proximity. If I'm ever in the NJ area again, I would definitely stay here. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

Clean rooms plenty of updates lots of clean towels . Staff was quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again close to everything.
