Came for the first time today and am still sitting in the pedicure chair. I have had hundreds, if not thousands of pedicures in my life, and this is by far the absolute worst one I have received. The girl cut my ingrowns as if I were a 3 year old having toe nails cut, asking me if they feel better when she took a tiny little corner off. Thats number one. Then she does my calluses and scrubs them for about 20 seconds each! I asked the owner how long this woman has been doing nails and she said 10 years. I’m floored. Truly. Save yourself the $31 and do not come here. Please. I’m not even staying to have her paint them at this point.

The worst place of business ever. I got my nails done and Jenny completely ruined them entirely for a rip off price of $73 for one of the worst manicures I've ever received. Do not waste your time going here ever. It's no wonder this place is never busy because their services are horrendous. They don't even deserve 1 star

Shocking how bad my French manicure was!!!! Bad job in general and white polish all over my fingers…oh I didn’t pay extra for all the paint on my toes either. I would suggest finding another place.

This is a great nail shop. I only get regular polish pedicures so I can't speak to gels and all that, but Flash Nail is exceptionally clean and hygienic and my pedicures last for weeks. I would maybe give 4.5 if I could just because since Covid the level of service has gone down -- shorter shoulder massage, they don't process payment while you're sitting at the dryer, don't pull the paper towel out from your toes which for some reason I can never figure out how to do (I know, duh.) But these are small things and I feel like all salons have changed since Covid. Just used to be a bit more gracious.Service: Pedicure

HORRIBLE experience. I will never go back. I went as a walk in and waited, which I expected. I was hoping to get a spa pedicure. They didn’t offer me any other type of pedicure but offered the woman next to me. My pedicure was not even 15 minutes. She did the bare minimum. Acted like I was a burden. I have never been treated so poorly. Then I pay and it’s $28?! For that? My 9 year old niece could do a better job. I have never paid that much for a pedicure in my life and it was the quickest and worst one I ever had. i didn’t want to be a j*** and still tipped. I do not recommend this place at all. I will never go there again. I feel robbed and was treated horribly. I wish I could get my money back.Service: Pedicures

New to the area & realized not many places work with acrylic, so I decided to remove my acrylic nails & switch to gel. On a Sunday morning I walked into Flash, hoping not having an appointment wouldn't be an issue. I explained I wanted my acrylics removed, a gel manicure & a spa pedicure. Jenny was very accommodating - she set me up to soak & prep me while Jessica finished her client. Jenny removed all the acrylic & tips, then Jessica finished my gel manicure. I then had a spa pedicure ( so many to choose from) the pedicure tech was amazing, they don't rush, which I really like. Overall, I gave Flash Nail 5 stars for the great customer service & cleanliness. I already made an appointment to go back! I grew up in a nail salon my parents owned, so I am very particular how my nails look.

First time coming here, and received a fill in gel. It was $65 and somehow my card got charged $84 for this visit .... I’m astonished as I would not have come here had I known it would be an $85 manicure. Also, this one nail is very messed up and embarrassing. It’s already coming off but it’s very clearly slanted
