Shared recommendations such as chrome for my white and light blue bathroom. Provided choices for my new bathroom in regards to design. Listened to what I needed. Presented designs for hardware and a toilet. Was not pressured.

My wife and I went here looking for bathroom vanities. We were told to browse around the store and come to the front desk if we needed assistance. When I went to the front desk there was a gentleman in front of me who was being helped by the front associate at the front desk. I was waiting in line behind him. A female worker came up and asked if I was being helped, I told her no. She then began to help me when another customer walked from across the store and told her they were in the store for 10 minutes and needed help (meanwhile my family and I were in the store before these other customers came and did not have any appointment). The female worker told me sorry and proceeded to ignore me and my presence, she then said “ohh do you want to put your name on the list to get assistance”. I stated to her absolutely not, you have horrible customer experience and I will never spend any money in this store. We went to a different bathroom supply store a few miles and were treated like gold and got all the supplies we needed for our bathroom.

Natalie at the front desk is very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate me immediately after taking care of another customer. Thank you again for making my transaction seamless! She is a 5 star employee!

I have moved a good number of times in my life but always lived locally. With that said, I have done my share of kitchen and bathroom renovations. I know what to expect when it comes to ordering and installation of kitchen and baths. It can be challenging. Previously, we did our kitchen smack in the middle of the inflation backside of the pandemic. It wasn't without issue, but between the local cabinet dealer and contractor it was finished in 3 months. Last December when things calmed down, we decided to do our Master Bath. How difficult can that be, right? My wife and I decided to use Furguson instead of Best Plumbing supply. BIG MISTAKE. As of today, 4/19/2023 we are approaching 5 MONTHS and still have no delivery of the items we ordered. We did our part. We paid 100% upfront, and after three telephone calls and NO CALL BACK OR UPDATE, I decided to stop in to inquire why it's taking so long. The manager was condescending, and simply wanted only to wait on those looking to buy product instead of servicing. Their commitment to customer service is completely absent. They have a polished sales pitch, but do not follow through after the sale. My suggestion is to be very careful and remember this is a publicly traded company and backed by Private Equity. That should tell you something. I just learned that today...

Terrible customer service. In the midst of a job, I needed to swap out a faucet ASAP. We were willing to take anything in stock, but needed to talk with someone. It took TEN phone calls over five days to get someone to help me.And then our salesperson totally upsold us on everything. For example, we wanted just a basic American Standard toilet. BASIC. We were very clear that we wanted nothing fancy. We bought a huge list of supplies that day for two bathroom and didn't notice that our sales person had ordered the top of the line American Standard toilet for $400. Home Depot sells American Standard toilets for $139 dollars. So, we spent $800 for two toilets, instead of $300 for two toilets. An extra $500!!!I suggest you double/triple check every item on your shopping list and compare with prices at Home Depot/Lowes.

Our kitchen & bath designer introduced us to Ferguson sales consultant, Dino Constantinos, who took great care of us. He helped us pick new kitchen appliances which look fabulous as we put the finishing touches on a kitchen remodel. Love the Thermador hybrid range with gas top and electric oven and the Bosch refrigerator.The microwave drawer, range hood and farmhouse sink are amazing. Ferguson is a wonderful showroom for ideas and products as well as great service.

Ferguson has a gem with delivery driver Oscar Olmo Jr. He had to make 3 deliveries to my home & each time went above & beyond to help me find & identify each item that was on the list. Everyone should be so lucky to have Oscar deliver their bath fixtures!

Just left the showroom. Person at front desk and about 5 workers in store no other patrons either walked around the whole place, both levels and not ONE person acknowledged us. Building a new home and will will most definitely find a friendlier place.

My contractor recommended that we go to Ferguson for all of our Home renovations, and to work with Juan. Juan has been AMAZING!! Being totally overwhelmed he guided me and helped me every step of the way. He was FANTASTIC. Also when I was in a pinch with a delivery Juan went above and beyond to help me! I cant say enough good things about the entire experience, including our delivery gentleman Alex. They are all such nice people to work with during an extremely stressful experience.

I walked into this store without an appointment as I had never been to one. The receptionist was very cordial to explain that i would most likely need an appointment as most sales people had a full agenda for the day. One of the lighting sales women was very friendly but was not able to help as I was looking for steam shower systems. After walking around the store for a few minutes i found the same lighting lady talking to another saleswomen, whom i asked about steam shower systems. She said she could not.help.me as she had an appointment in 2 minutes. I asked her a few questions and i felt being treated as a beggar asking for money. Your experience at this store may vary based on the salesperson that helps you. It is a very beautiful store

Extremely poor customer service!! You can NEVER reach your sales rep and if they get back to you, it's after many calls and emails. I am an interior designer and I work with many different vendors but I have never experienced such slow service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
