Overall, the buying experience was excellent. My daughter Sydney was pleased with how Client Advisor, Sydnannie Mandle assisted with the whole purchase - from first greeting us with a warm smile and her expertise to moving us through the final process. Daniel Frost, Genius Team was also very helpful and patient with showing my daughter all facets of operating the car and infotainment system. I would recommend them both ! Again, appreciate BMW of Ramsey and their staff for making it a memorable experience.

My experience in the sales process was good, friendly and helpful, however my experience took a turn for the worst. I haven’t even had the car for 2 months and am needing to replace both batteries and the alternator. When I reached out to speak with someone about what could be done I received no reply and no help at all. I was just told that those things were not covered in the warranty. Although I understand that they are under no obligation to help me, ethically and on a customer service level something could have been worked out being that I just bought the car. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I know because it seems like they are just in it for the sales and when it comes down to helping their customers they are definitely not for us. Extremely dissatisfied.

Damien, was absolutely perfect during the entire sales transaction.
My daughter and I drove 2 1/2 hours to get a vehicle that he not only describe perfectly but also sent us additional pictures to make sure that we would be happy when we got there. We arrived. The car was perfect and on full display for us to look over. The paperwork went quickly and the purchase went flawless. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 X4 in March 2024 and on May 20th the car started making a banging/knocking noise. I took the car back on May 21st and was told the car needed to have the suspension replaced. As of today, AUGUST 15th -3 months later, I still do not have the car. I was told parts are on the way but 8 weeks later is unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from Ramsey again!! The car has been in the shop longer than I’ve owned it! The service manager, Jim, will reply to the post stating how sorry he is and will ask that you call him directly to discuss, only to NEVER return calls.I WILL NEVER make a purchase from BMW of RAMSEY!!!

I purchased a vehicle from them on 6-24-2024 and included in the deal were all weather floor mats. Here is a copy of the correspondence ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: Joshua Narain To: AB Sent: Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 10:05:54 AM EDT Subject: Re: [EXTERNAL] Fw: UPS Delivery Notification, Tracking Number 1Z8799V38413612321 Paperwork is received, everything looks good. I ordered all weather mats for you as well since they were not in the car. Car is clean and fully gassed up. Team Alex said pick up would be this afternoon.
Josh told me the mats would be delivered to him on 7-1-2024 and he would ship them out to me and, as of 7-24-2024 I have not received them. All efforts to get an answer are met with no response from Josh. I have asked his sales associate, Steven, numerous times to get an answer and Josh not only won't provide an answer to Steven to relay to me, he refuses to communicate with me concerning this issue.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they show that they sent the complaint to Allie Lagomarsino, who as of yet has not responded.
