11/17 & 18 2024... HAILEY IS 5 STARS, NO QUESTION.
STORE: Disarray, on 11/18 at 10:02am - didn't get to me but it's not the old Ramsey Store.
RETURN: I came with a return that I discussed last night, after a 10am-1:45pm time frame of ME calling the number being handed off by Alicia, some manager, with missing info listed so I could provide proof of purchase, which is fair - the item didn't scan, I don't know what that means but ok.
Once given the list, I let manager know that I had just provided her with the text message from Ulta filling in 5 out of 7 blanks I was then told that she needed either the date or register number... So, I went back through the process and the date is March (which I had already given to Alicia). Customer relations said we cannot view register number but they should be able to pull this right up. (Store cannot go past 3 mths, per 3 other location managers) but I wasn't concerned as all info requested was given.
THEN, I was told that she, Alicia, would need to speak to her other manager and once they discussed it she would let me know. 44 MINUTES later...
She says, "Hi what's up?" I said what do you mean I've been waiting for you as you asked me to. She said no we can't take it back, but you don't have PROOF OF PURCHASE and that's what's required - I gave her EXACTLY what she listed & now, you're telling me I didn't? DESPITE my being handed that number she even saw my call log, I almost cannot BELIEVE in hindsight ALICIA HAD AN EMPLOYEE CHECK MY CALL LOG (And i LET her!?) .... good thing I forgot until now.
The Ulta corporate office is getting a FORMAL complaint and I will include the text proof and an email ULTA customer service has just sent to further this PROOF OF PURCHASE she said I never gave her including 2 ladies that jotted a note so kindly for me after hearing just our chat (I can't bother to make it up).
Here is the kicker: The store I got it in just got right back to me & said bring it right over, what you sent me IS proof of purchase.
I AM SO OFFENDED, don't have to like an outcome at all I am a reasonable ADULT. But this was Alicia telling me I didn't provide exactly what she listed despite it being in those 2 messages and trackable.
Wow.

I had a wonderful experience at Ulta when Pinky did my makeup for my nephews wedding this past weekend. She was kind, timely, and did a fantastic job! I got SO MANY compliments! I highly recommend Pinky and am telling all my friends!

This is my first and last time visiting this location. The manager Vanessa Cruz was incredibly nasty to me. I was waiting to check out and unsure about where the line started. I looked to her at cash register for direction, she glared at me, rolled her eyes and yelled “NEXT” to another woman then looked back at me and said “Yeah.” in a rude and condescending tone. Frankly I was appalled at her unprofessionalism and vulgar manner and will never return here again.

Please please please do not waste your time coming here! I came to get a full hair color and it was done by Isabella. Not only did the hair not come out a different color that I had anticipated, I left with same hair color as before. It was then explained to me that I had to lighten my hair at another appointment. I was so disappointed and to make matters worse, the manager Fran did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation but continued to argue with me and not find a solution. What a waste of time and money!

Blown away by the superior customer service I received from Donna at the salon. I had an important question about home hair color because I have to consider a serious allergy to a particular ingredient. Donna bent over backwards in every way to help me and found me a product I could work with. She made me feel like a VIP and I so appreciate that. With all the online/impersonal options we have, nothing can replace face-to-face interaction with a person who makes you feel like you are beautiful and deserve to feel that way.

Don't use the Ramsey NJ location for important events. There's a chance They may leave a rude message on your phone the day before your appointment telling you that you need to find somebody else.
Booked appointment in March for tomorrow and reconfirmed when they called yesterday. Today they leave a message giving no reasons just fund somebody else.
Woukd give zero stars if possible

A big thank you to Atia!!! She helped me on find a new foundation that met my needs. She took her time and let me try multiple foundations with different textures, price ranges. Once we figured out which one I wanted she helped me find the PERFECT shade!!! Today is the first day I'm wearing it and its absolutely flawless. Thank you so much, and I'm getting compliments!

It's always a pleasure. The staff is welcoming and ready to help. I went to pick up the product I ordered online. The clerk walked me to the pick-up area and told me of a Lancome event, which I attended. It was marvelous. The only thing that was uncomfortable was they put us by the door and every time the door opened, you froze. Other than that, the Lancome expert was wonderful and answered all my questions.

First visit for brow service at Ulta. Went to Ramsey, NJ location. Saw many recommendations of Caitlyn. Adding another one! She is a pro. And nice too.
