“I went in unsure if I was going to be able to make a deal. No pressure no coercion, Alex was the best…. He asked me what was good and what would work for me and he worked his magic. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was still a few things that needed to be ironed out but the finance guy and I’m very sorry right now I don’t remember his name but I can give you a description (sorry for this) but he had a bald head & he worked his magic as well as far as getting me incredible warranty coverage and making sure I walked out in the best position possible…..Happy! Not feeling like I got in over my head or feeling like I got taken to the cleaners, But Happy!!! The Ramsey experience was easy & painless. “I have walked out on many car dealers because I have limited patience purchasing a car with untrustworthy car salesman. This dealership I was ready for the same thing. I walked in and was greeted by the first person I saw at his desk, Christopher D'Onofrio. Chris was excellent right from the start. A personality that doesn't feel like a salesman but a guy that you knew growing up. He helped me with ordering my Tacoma, and continued to update me with its progress ( being built, shipped, and when it arrived at the dealership) I cannot say enough about Chris, he is excellent, 5 stars, 10 out 10, a 100 on the test! If you go here ask for Chris. I plan on continuing to do business with him in the future.”
