Purchased a 5 gallon bucket of paint and realized it was too much. Went to return it the following day and was told it can not be returned because it was tinted and that the policy is on the receipt and the can. How would I know the policy is on the receipt or can until AFTER the purchase, at which point it's too late to return. Why is this not discussed prior to the purchase? What happened to customer service and assisting a customer with picking the right size or color needed for a project since it will be a final sale once they leave??? Make sure you do all your research for a project before going here, otherwise you are stuck with it.

Really slow service. Guy at the counter ignored us...wasted 20 min. Better off going to home depot where customer service is great.
