Bought a defective vape pen from here. I did not need to charge the vape pen until about 2-3 weeks after purchase. Then i realized that it wouldn’t charge. I brought it to the store and the guy told me he cant do nothing cause it’s been a couple weeks. And he told me the vape pen looks empty, when in fact it wasn’t empty, it was just upside down in my pocket and all the liquid pooled to the top. Never bringing my money here again.

I would like to take the time to thank the employees of urge for being such wonderful people. For stepping up for me, when they saw what they believed is an injustice, although they were threatened and hassled and strong arms by those they stood against. The courage these employees have is commendable, and I hope that Manager/owner knows how valuable they truly are. I appreciate them very much.

The guy sold me the wrong liquid and then refuse to exchange with something else. Ask me buy a new liquid.I am not going there anymore.I won’t recommend this place to any also.

I've visited both Urge locations and this one in Rahway is my go-to. The sales girl Brenda is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She'll allow you to take your time selecting merchandise and answer all your questions. She's even made suggestions to me that have significantly improved my vaping experience. The shop is well stocked and they carry quality products. They even have a rewards program that comes in handy if you frequent the shop often. My long, exhausting search for an outstanding vape shop ended once I found this location. A lot of places feel like they just want your money and employees are dismissive. Urge is intrested in your continued business, and it shows. Now my brother is loyal customer as well. I would certainly recommend Urge to others.
