I cannot recommend Doug enough at Quality Auto Body! It was my first experience navigating collision repair and he made the process so seamless. Doug was very thorough in explaining the kind of work that needed to be done on the car and was very patient in explaining the breakdown in price (which ended up being a lot more reasonable than previous estimates I had obtained). Very informative, kind, and highly communicative! And as for the work on the car, the team buffed the scratches and dents out so well that the car actually looked better than it did the day I bought it! I'm very pleased with the service here overall.

Doug is the GOAT!! He was so patient, informational, responsive, and helpful in assisting me and my car.
Especially when communicating with insurance which could be complicated, Doug is very experienced and knows what he’s doing.
Following what he suggested allowed me to get my car released from the insurance quickly! And the repair work was done responsively and beautifully!
So be patient as Doug works really hard to take care of everything - the quality of repairs, insurance, all the complicated stuffs to make sure the car is beautiful and healthy again!

Hi, after accident they fixed my car very good, I can recommend this body shop, they did excellent job, but they still everything from car, your own stuff, if you leave your car in there just take all your stuff because after probably you not gonna find it.

I have very bad experience with Quality Auto Body recently, My car is still with them since 2 months. They are now saying that there is a back order that they are waiting on which causing delay. They don't have any date by when my car will be ready. When I call them, they don't have any answer and in return they say, someone will contact you with update in 20 min or within one hour. But I never received any phone calls so far. Also one side they said I can check with manufacturer for the backorder by my self but when I asked them to provide contact details and order details which help me to check with manufacture, they clearly denied. I don't understand my right as customer. Bottomline is I would not recommend Quality Auto Body ever in my life to any of my friends or family or any other known person.

I’m really satisfied with the works, and I would especially recommend and appreciate Mr Doug. He his really responsible and had patient to talk to the customer. It’s really lucky of me to have Mr Doug responsible for doing my car’ s bodywork.

Doug from Quality Auto Body was awesome!!! My 2023 Mercedes had an accident during snowstorm. He was amazing through out the process and ensuing I was kept updated with work including working with the insurance to ensure all is taking care. The quality of work done was amazing and car looked as new. Thank you, Doug for going above and beyond for amazing customer service!!

The shop repaired my vehicle and did a good job, however dirt was under the clear coat and required additional buffing. Also, a cracked light was missed during repair. All of this seems fairly normal which it is; the problem came when the items were pointed out and Dan appeared offended that the work wasn't to the consumers liking. Rather that make the additional repairsinstead he challenged me as if I had done it.

The worst place to ever take your car to. Got into an accidents early this year and called Ray catena and spoke with Vinny . they transferred me to this people called (quality auto body shop) which he also works for , and this people did a horrible job on my car. Am old man by the name JC is the worst person to handle your car at quality auto body shop . I mentioned to them there’s a noise in my car after I got into the accident and he told me it’s from the right wheel barring and he fixed it and am still hearing the noise. I feel very unsafe when I hear that noise . All this old guy could tell me is to take to a mechanic to check the noise and he sorry there’s nothing he can do about my car . Am really disappointed with the unfinished/ unsafe work they did on my car . Never take your car to them .
