I ordered tea glasses 5 dozens and they charged just shipping charges double the glass price . Even though they packed just normal packing and all glasses are broken. I tried to contact them many times but no answer. I thought if these are good need to order more other products but this is the last order and I will inform more people.

Great experience. I missed a small item in my order before sending it through, and I requested if they can add it to my order without incurring another shipping cost. Not only did they do that, they added it at no charge. Not about the money, but great commitment to service for a new (and future repeat) customer.
