drop off my pants for alterations last sept 28,2023 . i told jane (owner) that i need it before october 15, 2023. when i pick it up on the date that she told me, my pants was not done. she just told me she can not do it.she held my pants for like 2 weeks with her but she never called me that she can not do it. I could have brought it somewhere else who can do the job if she called me earlier.She is unreliable and doesnt care!

I reached out to this cleaners as my husband needed a suit by next day. They told me bring it now, and when I arrived he stated I will have it ready for you by 3 today. I now have a new cleaners.

Amazing service that is affordable and fast. They can even accomodate rush delivery and were able to get stains out that others couldn't.

I’m new in the area and after a few months of trying other places I finally found my go to cleaners. The owners are very nice people the service is great and the dry cleaning is top notch. The spacious parking area with multiple entrance/exit is my favorite. A quick in and out that fits into my busy weekend schedule. Definitely recommend this business.

dont bring your clothes to this bad cleaners ... they loss 1,000.00 dollars worth mt jackets and winter clothes i store there .... now i have to file a claim with courts to get him to pay for clothes he loss...the worst cleaners ...pos people

I took my uugs to be cleaned and they look worse than when I brought them in they sprayed them with black ink and didn't even make sure that they looked even. Do not take you stuff here they are only looking to make a buck. Horrible customer service. Told me to take him to court, and called me a bad girl. No im just an unsatisfied customer. The owners of this establishment treated me like a second class citizen for an issue that would have to resolved in a civilized manner. I walked into this cleaner on a weekday for the first time, due to a recommendation from a relative. But what i encountered was the total opposite. The lady who billed me (which i assume is the owner) counted the wrong amount of shirts, when i noticed this discrepancy, i immediately brought her attention to it and the error was fixed or so i presumed. I returned the following week to pick up my shirts only for a man( the owner) after handing over my ticket said i was billed wrong. Now keep in mind, the lady changed the price on my ticket twice! the same day i left the shirts to be dry cleaned. My response to him was that i couldn't paying that price, due to the fact the lady changed the price twice and i felt it wasn't fair to me to change it a third time. At this point the owners responded in a very angry tone calling me cheap, threatening to burn my shirts and never to come to their business again. i was shocked and simply told them it wasn't nice to treat customers in such a distasteful manner. But they seemed not to care. I stood my ground, insisting only to pay the price on my ticket. After some back and forth with the owners which lasted longer than it should have, begrudgingly accepted my payment for the price on the ticket. This establishment in my opinion has the worse service i have ever encountered.
