She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. “There are not many UPS stores in Staten Island. Every time I visit this particular store, it's always very busy with people lining up to send or return packages. Fortunately, they seem to know how to allocate staff to handle such situations. Each of the four employees there has their own responsibilities. Sometimes the staff are so busy that they can't even talk, but we all understand that everyone has busy periods at work. I hope to open a UPS store near Woodrow, which would be very convenient for many people”

“I mostly use this UPS store for Amazon returns and the employees have always been kind and knowledgeable. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy. This shows true character and I am happy to support this place of business. The banner was truly beautiful, high quality, and a truly reasonable price.”
