This hotel used to be great but is grossly neglected now unfortunately. My room smelt, it's not maintained well, equipment is cheap and beat up, fixtures fall off the walls, bedding was awful. Also noise carries through the floors, I could hear my neighbor walking above me, expect to get very little sleep if you're not on the top floor.

I gave 1 star because the smell outside was terrible. I literally had to hold my breath and run to my truck or I would gag from the sewage smell coming from the parking lot.
Noteworthy details: Smells terrible outside.

There's a young lady Anaiss that works there ! She is so professional & kind. Spoke with her about some things I experienced from first shift staff and she was so gentle in explaining a few things to me. She is a team member that should promoted up the ranks. She is dedicated to her job and the brand! I will stay here agian just to coke say hey!
House keeping manager was very kind as well!

Nearby activities: There's a gas station nearby, incase you need to pickup some thing.

The rooms here caught me by surprise. They are modern, hi-tec, nice size, clean/fresh, and fully equipped with all you can think of, you ever saw in a hotel room, other than a safe. Given that the hotel's star rating is listed as a 2 on Google, my expectations were far lower than my awesome experience, and rightfully so. Inside the room, it felt like I was staying at 4 star hotel which was recently updated. Bonuse for the free breakfast, it was probably better than any 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. Kudos!

It's a nice clean hotel. No room service, despite it being advertised in the room that they service your room every other day.
Same cruddy breakfast that you are better off passing on and paying for elsewhere.
Beds are old, sagging and you wake to a nice back ache.
Pillows are the same garbage used in all the hilton's, absolutely miserable. Is it SO hard to have decent pillows in your hotels?
People smoking dope outside the entry doors. Definately not kid friendly.

My stay here was good. The rooms were great. Location was good. Definitely only down side was not having a pool. Other that everything was amazing.

The only reason for giving the 3 stars on service my son left a Nintendo switch there and I have not heard back from them. Me as a parent if someone called me asking about something like that I would do my best to locate it an if unable to find it I would call back at least to let the person know

Pool closed, beds smaller than true queen. Breakfast sandwiches as dry as heck. Location is OK and easy transit to train station.
