Keemah and her staff are professional and ethical. My hair was damaged and she explained what went wrong and how my hair needs to be maintained in the future. Keemah communicates to ensure that I am following through with the care and maintenance of my hair. The salon is immaculate and definitely modern. I enjoy getting my hair pampered and my boys and husband also compliment me after every visit to Incognito..
I am thankful and appreciative, especially because customer service appears to be a dying art, but they know how to provide spectacular service.Thank you Keemah!! ??❤️
Cleanliness: Salon is immaculately clean and I notice that they clean up after each trim/cut, shampoo etc.

My first visit to Get Incognito Hair Studio earlier this year was a consultation which I felt was very professional, a potential stylist should know your hair history. We discussed my hair care needs and wants. For the record, my hair was not in a good place. I left the chair that day feeling beautiful and confident. Shakeemah had transformed my hair! Subsequent visits have left me feeling the same. My hair is healthy, growing, and manageable on my own if I need.
Each visit I’ve only witnessed light and positive energy. From Shakeemah, staff and fellow clients. It’s a spiritual experience for me and I’m grateful that my journey has led me here.

I got severe irreversible heat damage on my hair after getting a silk press there due to multiple passes when pressing the hair. Someone who seemed to be inexperienced blow dried and started pressing my hair then another stylist finished my hair by pressing it again. Now some parts of my hair have remained straight even after multiple washes and won’t revert to the curly pattern. I would not recommend this place

I absolutely love this place! It's well-organized, cozy, and most importantly, it focuses solely on hair care. My stylist works collaboratively with me to determine what's best for my hair texture, current styling/cutting, and any personal concerns I may have about my hair. Lastly, my stylist treats me with such care and makes me feel truly special.

I recently worked as assistant for, Shakeemah, the experience has good all until I wanted to do my clients hair and learn from her. Every time I had a client she would close early or make up an excuse for why I couldn’t do services (especially silk presses and sew ins which I’m beast at also along with quick weaves. I also told her BLACK woman with cut shorts needed and wanted relaxers) several of her clients complained about her turning them down or her convincing them to do another style (several clients hair was healthy enough for a relaxer) especially with a short cut it’s about to be summer (heat) a short cut without a relaxer isn’t going to last (sweat).

This establishment does not even deserve 1 star. On 3/16 I made an appointment via Zenoti their self-scheduling application for 3/28 @6am. On 3/26 I called and left a message to ask some questions about my appt and of course no one answered or had the courtesy to return my call. So on 3/27at 8:20am I went to the salon to confirm my appt and ask my questions. Keemah (stylist and owner) pretended she didn’t know me or know that I had an appt. She proceeded to act like she was in a rush and said she would text me later. It has now been 16 hrs after my encounter with her and still no text. My appt is suppose to be in 4 hours. What I later found out is that she canceled my appt while I was standing there and deleted my profile. Not only was that a coward move KEEMAH on your part but not how a business owner should treat any customer. You could have told me to my face you did not want to serve me. Instead you ASKED ME what I was getting and then canceled my appt. If you didn’t or couldn’t do a sew-in at 6am SAY THAT THEN or don’t make it a 6am service…period! I guess you don’t recall me having a $60 credit either for my last service with you. I’m sure that vanished along with my appt. I will make a complaint with the BBB for that. Keemah you can’t say it was because I didn’t confirm. Your self scheduling system that you chose to represent your business sent me a text 22hrs before my appt (8:05am) saying “we look forward to seeing you at 6am on 3/28”. That’s only 20mins before I showed up to your salon to speak to you. So where is my “your appt has been canceled” message Keemah??I wanted to see if you gave my appt away so I went in to schedule an appt for my same time (3/28 @6am) and guess what it’s still available. I uploaded a picture showing 3/28 at 6am is still available (which proves she not only canceled my appt but refused to serve me). I also uploaded a photo of my message saying see you on 3/28. I WAS NEVER SENT ANYTHING STATING MY APPT WAS CANCELED? I would never give my money to anyone that is as spiteful and horrid as KEEMAH because she never tried to make what might have been a misunderstanding right (not a good business practice)! DO NOT BOOK ANY SERVICES WITH THIS SALON. KEEMAH WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY BEFORE YOUR EVENT!!!!

P.S. USE YOUR CREDIT ASAP OTHERWISE YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!

Incredible service. She not only does a great job with your hair, she teaches you how to maintain it and understand your hair texture. I did a consultation and she was able to tell me I had an iron deficiency and other issues JUST FROM LOOKING AT MY HAIR. I was AMAZED! I immediately knew I was in the right place. She and her team was very professional and the atmosphere and esthetics were giving. Today my hair is healthy and the amount of confidence I have now is well….you see the pic??

My hair stylist Keemah is amazing! She specializes in hair care, brought my dry brittle hair back to life. I recommend all my friends and family to come here, 10/10! And the staff is so nice and welcoming. I loved my experience here, will be coming back in 2 weeks!

What a wonderful experience! My hair was NOT in the greatest condition after growing out a perm and wearing various styles for an extended period of time. Shakeema was so patient, caring and encouraging as we walked through each stage of restoring and revitalizing my hair. I would recommend anyone to go to her! Her place is fantastic and has such a great vibe more than suitable for a self care and relaxing. I love to see black businesses thrive and function at high standards and her establishment exemplifies just that. Thank you!
