There was a very complicated issue regarding the rented storage unit. When at the storage facility, the manager, Stephanie, was very professional, pleasant, helpful, detailed, and patient; she explained everything that was needed to find a resolution with the storage matter. She made a very complicated and stressful situation more tolerable to deal with. She also gave advice to provide a more secure process. Her assistant was so appreciative. Thank you! Excellent Service! Also, the facility is very clean and secure!*note: complication was not due to the facility.
