Pharmacists are super nice, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Employees are sweet and kind always. I'm so grateful for this CVS they treated me with the utmost respect when my life was really upside down and I truly needed nice people in my life. God bless them.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They’re rude, not helpful or knowledgeable, they’re impossible to reach by phone, and they regularly mess up prescriptions then lie to your face about your order when you have proof it was sent in by your doctor multiple times. If someone needs meds in the first place it’s already not the best circumstance, and this pharmacy makes the experience 10 times worse. I’ve missed a week of my prescription because” their system” mysteriously kept canceling the order for my refill. I highly recommend using any pharmacy but this one if you don’t want your health in jeopardy.

I have the best experience today at CVS thanks to a member named Sejal. She went the extra mile to help me with my coupons, she always had a great attitude and she smiled all the time. Thanks Sejal.

Calling pharmacy to check about the prescription, they hang up the phone. I called 4x and got hung up on every time.

Drive thru was closed, so I went inside to drop off my prescription. Once inside, I got in line behind several ppl that were already waiting. It was my first time inside the store for the pharmacy dept. As I waited, I noticed someone start a separate line. Then someone else got on the "second line" when I asked what the 2nd line was for, I was told that it was for dropping medicine. I could not see any sign that stated that the other line was for dropping off medicine. I had been waiting, but now I had other ppl cut in from of me because there were no visible signs that stated what the 2nd line was for. I walked over to the other customers on the 2nd line and explained that I had been in line and did not know that that line was for drop off. It became an issue, and I began to argue with the ppl on the 2nd line. Even the employee acknowledged that I was correct but that "everyone" knew that the 2nd line was for drop off. Obviously, not the case. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that they were too busy to talk to me at that time. This is not the first time I have had an issue at this pharmacy. Their customer service sucks big time!!!!!

Not 24 hours as their website and all the store signs state. I went there at 5am this morning and there was a sign on the door stating they're closed from 4am-5:30am.

It is good convenient store and it is better to update the store with more items to make store more convenient.

Excellent store I want to thank the manager and the team at CVS for always helping me and also keeping the store stocked up with all my favorite products. The CVS in Rahway is very clean and also they treat everyone with respect and they’re very professional! This is my favorite CVS.

Could I have given a one star review? Absolutely.
But I also take into consideration that the location of this CVS/Pharmacy is not ideal. The clientele is usually rude. On multiple occasions I have witnessed customers being rude to staff.
BUT, you know what? They are people too, they have families, they have bills and their health to worry about too. The customer is NOT always right. And reading the other reviews, if you did get an attitude from a staff member, take some time to self reflect. Was your question stupid? Did it require a little more common sense or critical thinking that you don't normally use in your bubble gum fantasy reality that you live in?
SIDE NOTE: SHOUT OUT to the pharmacy staff that is clearly overworked and under paid. Although wait times are long, it is not your faults people need to be carried through everything and don't understand the directions that are clearly written on the labels. ALSO SHOUT OUT TO PHARMACY TECH: Mohamed. For always having a smile, being pleasant, and trying to be as efficient as he can be. It does not go unnoticed. CVS, DO BETTER for your employees. If you're not hiring more staff, take care and pay the ones that are staying better.
