I had a Dell XPS Desktop tower suddenly refuse to turn on with the power supply being the likely culprit. I brought the computer in and the owner got to the computer exactly when he promised, which was the next business day the store was open, and kept the price within the estimate. I was very happy with the service and if I have another computer repair need I would definitely go back.
