Only use this company if you want to pay more then double what they “quoted” you at. My quote was $600 which I knew was low then they showed up and tried to charge me $1600. after calling Andy to ask why the charge is so much more then the quote he began swearing and cursing at me over the phone. They threatened to cancel the job. Finally settled on an amount of $1200 and made me tip them $100 per man. ( they also took it upon themselves to send 4 men after agreeing on 3). After the job was finally completed we realized one of our TVs was broken. The insurance they provide does not cover that.This company is full of crooks and a scam. Please don’t use them and don’t recommend them to anyone.

I discovered my moving company had two names. The name of the boxes do not match the truck. The boxes say Advanced Relo, but the truck says Atlas Van Lines, so be weary when dealing with them as they are linked.Unfortunately, I lost someone really important to me and the movers were there to move his stuff into my home. They stole my AirPods Pro. It's disgusting. I took photos of my house before they entered the home, no one else was around, and I confirmed via GPS that they were gone. The company did not care.They did not respond to initial email, we were finally able to contact them through phone. They texted us that they are not responsible for the missing AirPods and to file a police report. So, hire them at your own risk.Not a good value, not professional, they may rob you, please look somewhere else.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Booked for a move in advance. Had to cancel last minute because none of the workers were comfortable coming on a military base. One worker was arrested for having a warrant. Leaves the assumption that none of the employees have clean records. It's an inconvenience to try to hire a company, but also have to worry about their employees legal records.

They forgot to book my move so I had to schedule it again. They showed up with less men than they initially promised, and then cursed me out when I tried to correct them. I ended up booking someone else much better the same day. Horrible service. Stay away.

Love this company. Every move we have done are by trustworthy and competent people . We needed them to do 3 stops to complete our job , no grumbling. They were jovial and considerate throughout process

Movers quoted me $850 then showed up and said it would be $1100. Then my stuff didn't all fit in their van and they told me to get a u-haul. Then the "boss" proceeded to yell over the phone when questioned about this and told his movers to unload the truck at my house before even leaving! Worst company and least professional "boss" I have ever worked with. Seeing these other reviews I hope others will NOT use them. Liars and scammers.

This is a horrible company!They quoted me 1200.00 and got to my home and said the price was 1600.00 And of course you are scheduled to move and have no choice but to pay it. Horrible! Please do not use this company.

By mindful of the fact that people usually only comment when something goes bad. If it was a good experience not everyone would comment saying it was such (only a small few).

I don't even want to give ANY Stars! Don't bother with this company unless you plan on making a firm commitment to using them without getting an estimate first! What kind of business does not want to come out to give you an estimate unless they know you'll hire them first or at least get a strong commitment. I'm so sorry that NJ is so far away from Brooklyn!

What's the point of this service if they aren't going to keep track of your items, if they aren't going to claim responsibility of them when they lose them, and if they are going to damage the items they do manage to move from one location to another?
