“The campus store is quite large. Not only does it feature convenient school supplies, but also highlights merch, souvenirs, and custom made items like stickers, mugs, pens, and car decals with the Princeton University logo designated on it. Another distinguishing factor of the store is that you can also buy food here. Drinks, coffee, chips, and even dairy items, this is a great place to buy a snack on the go, or in between classes.”

“First time at any Pure Barre and this place was exceptional!! I was greeted by the owner today, and she couldn’t have been more down-to-earth. Before class even started, she helped another member and I with some core/pelvic floor exercises and gave us some great advice.
As for the members, I noticed a group of women simply trying to do their best with their own workout— nobody here was trying to be competitive or trying to “one-up” anyone else.
The class was challenging and intense. As someone who exercises every day, this was a PERFECT workout for me, but the instructor provided plenty of modifications for anyone else who needed it. I also love that the instructor was very hands-on with the members in the studio. She worked the room as a professional, providing corrections and praise when it was needed.
All in all, a really lovely first experience, and I’m looking forward to starting my unlimited month when I return from my trip!”

“Went in to offer moral support to my browsing companion and came to discover that Chico's is a clothing chain for women of a certain age (and size) who must inexplicably really get off on animal prints of every stripe. Honey, what do you want to be today... a Tiger... a Lion... a Cheetah? Someone screwed up big time, they should have named the place Cheetos. This is obviously a store founded by a taxidermist with an incredibly perverse sense of humor. And to properly accessorize your zoological themed ensemble may I gently suggest rows of rock-based costume jewelry that would make Wilma Flintstone blush. Why waste money visiting Africa, the safari starts right here. I should have left my wallet at home and brought my binoculars and elephant gun instead. I really do need to get out more. Pass the Cheetos.”
“I was shopping for an appropriate outfit for my father's memorial service and I wasn't all that hopeful since I'd recently put on some weight. The saleswoman working there that day (without being pushy) asked me some questions about my purpose in shopping and she ended up pulling multiple pieces while I changed in the dressing room. She put together something I would never have chosen for my self (a suit), and it was flattering and really fit the bill. She also steamed it for me while I did a little shopping next door. I was so grateful to her for her help during a difficult time. The staff working at this shop are kind, friendly, and professional and there's a very nice selection available. I received so many compliments on my new outfit.”

“Staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean and neat. I always get a welcome back every time I come in (I guess I shop there often enough to be recognized ?), however, I find the location to be a pain. Parking in Princeton is hectic!”

“Anthropologie is a whimsical, bohemian store with a cozy feel and usually, helpful staff.
Pros: a variety of brands at various price points to meet a more mature woman’s needs (I used to shop here in college but now, at 37, more of the items are my vibe in that they’re more on the conservative side rather than what you’d wear on a night out in your 20s), gorgeous home goods, a flexible return policy, aesthetically pleasing with their layouts and seasonal merchandising changes, nice gift boxes, beautiful fitting rooms, attentive employees who set things at the register when your hands are full
Cons: their sale rooms are always a hot mess (I know from being a previous employee that it’s usually the customers’ fault for picking through things and ravaging the rooms but there is literally no order to anything and things are strewn about), upscale pricing, a very slow moving cash register line, inflexible price adjustment policy, and for a tall but slender person- many of their vendors are boxy, big, and matronly so not so many options for my body type.”

“Cute selection of trinkets ! They had a lot of merch from anime to comedy shows. Some of the aisles are narrow so be careful with your bag. My only issue is was I felt the owner glaring at me as I was looking around which felt odd :(”

The Fishing department is on the smaller side, but they have everything you could need which is what matters in my book. They’ve walked me through for Hours when getting equipment and they’ve sat down in front of a vice with me to teach me how to tie flies it within an hour of me for flyfishing, And beyond grateful itsthere!
